  • Kelly Payne
You will be thrilled Neal. It appears that Kelly Payne is now likely to run for State Superintendent of Education in 2010 for South Carolina

I would just like to say what a thrill it was to be the person sitting next to this amazing woman when she was called up to the stage. Her book was passed along our row when she returned and smiles were contagious. This teacher, this educational servant, is the woman that represents the children of today's age. If she can work her way up to the stage, who says that the kids cannot do the same? There was a high school student that spoke at the Fair Tax Rally and others at the Tea Party. I know for a fact that two Dutch Fork students were cut only because of a mix-up in time management. The kids ARE working. They ARE showing up and putting forth the effort, with the help of devoted teachers such as Dutch Fork High School's Kelly Payne. These children are the next generation and I would love to thank Mr. Boortz for using this picture to show that masses the prize that can be achived by becoming more involved in one's community. He has helped in showing the community that the next generation is very important. Honestly, they will be taking care of us and they need to have their ideas and opinions heard. Congrats Kelly and thank you for your support Mr. Boortz!

  • Kelly Payne
That is the famous Kelly Payne of Dutch Fork High School. Libs hate her because she lets Republican and Democrat politicians speak to her Civis class.
  • wow
Neal, if I knew that government school teachers look like that I might have attended one!
  • dumb
I thought Neal hated government schools. I guess this teacher was OK because she was a hottie. Looks like the old man liked it!
