NEAL'S OUT, HERMAN'S IN Neal will be off for a couple of days. But we'll be adding fresh reading assignments and other goodies to keep you from getting any work done. And on the air, Herman Cain is going to warm up the folks that get the first hour and a half of the show and then Mike Huckabee will take over. READING ASSIGNMENTS There has been a lot of buzz about ABC editing Sarah Palin's interview with Charlie Gibson to purposefully make her look bad. Oh boy, another financial institution meltdown, this time Lehman Brothers. This is an interesting look at the differences between Charlie Gibson's interview with Sarah Palin compared to his interview with Barack Obama. Take a look at the questions. The Democrats have come up with their newest entitlement program: gas stamps to help Americans cope with high fuel prices. Karl Rove says that both sides of the campaign have "gone one step too far." The Democrats are ecstatic. Here's a little video exploring Obama's relationship with Bill Ayers and the foundations that he cites are qualifications for his run in the state senate. This actually comes from the Atlanta Journal Constitution (I know, we are shocked) ... Panic sets in for Obama, Democrats. Another controversy is whether or not Sarah Palin has changed her views on this man-made global warming scam. Check out what Barack Obama has in store for the NEA, charter schools and government handouts. What happens when your state has high tax burdens and tax-and-spend policies? Just ask New York and California. Here we go with these ridiculous anti-price gouging laws ... what a scam. This is sad. Government officials have declared September 24-30 "Take a Child Outside" week in order to combat obesity. Buffalo, NY is going to spend $50,000 on a gun buyback program ... programs that are proven useless. It's official ... Great Britain has adopted Islamic law by implementing sharia courts. Casey Anthony's neighborhood in Florida l is upset with protesters for "disrupting the peace." The homeowners association is actually going to sue the protestors. A homeowners Association in Florida is suing people for protesting Casey Anthony's release from prison for "disrupting the peace" in her neighborhood. You can't make this stuff up, folks: Dad chases nude boy from daughter's room with metal pipe. Saturday Night Live's Sarah Palin skit actually turned out to pick on Hillary Clinton more than Palin. |
