 NAGIN'S APOLOGY
OK .. how many of you are buying his "I'm sorry" bit after he expresses his intentions that New Orleans would be a "chocolate city again." Sure, he's sorry. He's sorry that the comment was so widely reported in the media. I bring this up again to make two points. First, knock off the "racist" nonsense. There was absolutely nothing racist in Nagin's comments, nor were they bigoted. Prejudiced? Maybe. Nagin was showing his prejudice in favor of a majority-black New Orleans. If that's what he wants, there should be nothing wrong with expressing it. Nagin does have a problem though. If he truly wants a chocolate city, it's probably because that's the only way in this wide, wide world that he's going to get reelected. That being his goal, he's going to have to figure out a way to get these Katrina deadbeats out of their 81,000 hotel rooms scattered across 47 states. We await his plans to accomplish that goal with pregnant anticipation. So ... let's shut up. Let Nagin work his magic. There's much for us to gain here. BULLSEYE IN PAKISTAN
Well, I suppose Pakistan can call off their protest of the American bombing of a supposed meeting of Al-Qaeda leader. It looks like we incinerated a few Islamic terrorists. Preliminary reports are that the following Islamofascists are being fitted for their toe tags:  - Midhat Mursi (pictured), also known as Abu Khabab (not to be confused with shish kebab, which he probably currently resembles) was known to have been in the area at the time. Who is he? He ran a chemical and explosives training camp in Afghanistan.
- Also possibly enjoying his 72 virgins in paradise is Khalid Habib, Al-Qaeda's chief of operations in Pakistan and Afghanistan.
- And third on the list...Ubayda al Masri, who is supposedly Al-Qaeda's operations chief for one of the Afghan provinces.
Reports so far say that between four and eight foreign fighters were killed, along with 18 civilians, including 5 women and 5 children. Now...if these 3 scumbags are confirmed killed, will the mainstream media be celebrating our military success? Of course not.
Because innocent people died...and it's all George Bush's fault. THAT FAT TOAD IS MY BABY DADDY  OK, I know it's the National Enquirer, and the Enquirer has more of a reputation of being a splashy tabloid than a responsible icon of mainstream journalism. But .. having said that ... let's remember that the Enquirer broke many stories of scandals during the corrupt Clinton era that later turned out to be true.
Now .. .the latest. The National Enquirer is reporting that Senator Ted Kennedy has a love child, a 21-year-old male named Christopher. Christopher is said to be the son of Caroline Bilodeau who was doing the horizontal tango with the hero of Chappaquiddick a few months before his divorce from Joan. No need to bore you with the details here when you can read the story on your own, so here's you link. i do have a few points to share though. First ... look for the rest of the media to downplay this story. This is a liberal Democrat icon we're talking about here. A Kennedy, for God's sake. It's simply not going to be an issue unless some other aspect of the story explodes. As for Kennedy ... perhaps he'll take a page out of Clinton's playbook. Clinton has never made any public statement denying that he raped Juanita Broadderick. People speaking on behalf of Clinton have uttered denials, but Clinton himself never has. This, of course, saves him the necessity of lying. Will Kennedy make a statement on this issue? Or will he leave it to his political handlers. Could Kennedy deny his own son? Are you kidding? Of course he could! A MILITARY SOLUTION WOULD BE THE BEST SOLUTION Don't You Get It, Man???

Iran seems to be becoming the focus of much of our intention in the Middle East. It seems increasingly clear that Iran is becoming (if it already isn't) a rogue nation ruled by a certifiable lunatic. This Islamic jerk is calling for Israel to be wiped off the face of the earth, and telling his Islamic followers to prepare to rule the world .... all the while continuing with the development of his ability to build nuclear weapons. The European Union is working hard to reach some agreement with this menace to curtail his nuclear program. Russia is cooperating --- somewhat. There has been an offer on the table to allow Iran to process nuclear fuel for nuclear power plants, but not for weapons, on Russian soil. The maniac says no. Now there's talk of referring the Iran problem to the U.N. Security Council. Oooooooohhhhh! Now that will teach them, won't it? The Security Council! Doesn't that just strike dread into the hearts of every despot and world menace? Well ... somebody's gotta say it, so here goes. A political solution to this problem will only be temporary. The Iranian madman will only use a political agreement to give him more time to do what he has wanted to do all along. The best solution is a military one. Destroy Iran's nuclear capability from the air. Use our new bunker-busters to go deep underground and destroy every iota of their nuclear capability ... then tell the peace-at-any-price crowd to shut the hell up. Sadly, our ability to execute a military response to has been compromised by liberals and the Democrat Party. They have politicized the war on terror to the point that a huge portion of the American population neither sees the necessity of containing Iran's nuclear ambitions, nor has the heart to do what is necessary to accomplish that goal. CAIR WAKES UP
The Council on America-Islamic Relations, which so far has turned a almost-blind eye to terrorism since 9/11, has decided to take a stand against terrorism. For once. They are calling on the captors of U.S. Journalist Jill Carroll in Iraq to let her go peacefully. There's a first time for everything.
CAIR is even traveling to the region to seek her release. According to Executive Director Nihad Awad, "We have been reading about her work ... and though we don't know her, we know it is wrong to kidnap people and hurt innocent people." Not bad. Good luck. Perhaps while we're at it, we'll take a look at some of CAIR Executive Director Nihad Awad's past statements.
Concerning the first bombing of the World Trade Center in 1993, he said "there is ample evidence indicating that both the Mossad and the Egyptian Intelligence played a role in the explosion." Never mind that the terrorists in that bombing actually confessed. It was the Israelis and and the Egyptians! Right.
More quotes...Awad has praised Ayatollah Khomeini...and said this about Hamas, the terrorist organization: "I am in support of the Hamas movement." Nice. So why is CAIR helping out this poor woman?
Perhaps people are getting tired of watching Muslim organizations stand by silently while innocent people are killed.
GLOBAL WARMING HOT AIR
Global warming, if you ask the leftist environmentalists, is going to cause the end of the world. Everything we have experienced...from hurricanes to a milder-than-normal winter...it's all because of global warming. And what causes global warming? Those evil, capitalist oil companies and factories....oh, and George W. Bush, too.
So yesterday six former heads of the EPA...one of the most bureaucratic institutions in government....all blasted the Bush administration for "neglecting the environment." They all paint the picture that the environment is being destroyed and as a result, Bush should sign the Kyoto accord. Yup .. that Kyoto accord .. the same one that was rejected by the U.S. Senate by a 99-0 vote. So let's say we did sign that accord, then what? The pollution controls contained within it are unattainable. In fact, many countries that have signed the agreement can't meet it either. The United States wouldn't be able to meet those goals either. One thing would change though ... instead of slamming the US for not signing the accords, the left would be able to attack the US for failing to abide by a treaty it signed. The Kyoto accord isn't about solving the global warming problem. It's about getting leverage to attack the United States and damage our economy. Nothing in that agreement will make our air cleaner or our planet cooler. But let's get back back to global warming.
Did you know there are actually two sides to that story? Yes, that's right...there are respected scientists who believe global warming does not exist and is simply a figment of the imagination of the science community. Why don't we ever hear their side?
Because it doesn't serve the political agenda of the anti-capitalists, that's why. Which further points out that the current environmental movement has nothing to do with the environment, but rather their leftist, socialist agenda. OUR LOBBYIST REFORM IS BETTER THAN YOUR REFORM Democrats and Republicans are fighting each other in Washington to see who can do a better job of lobbying reform. It is interesting to note that the Democrats have called for a complete end of "earmarks" in the federal budget. Earmarks are those little special pork spending projects that members of congress stick into spending bills without any publicity or without any debate on the floor of the House. These pork earmarks have been growing year after year under Republican control of the congress. Democrats are calling for their elimination. Republicans are not. Point and set to Democrats.

This is too good....the National Enquirer is reporting that Teddy Kennedy has a secret love child. Actually, that probably says more about the child's mother than it does Teddy Kennedy.
The woman who had that face transplant has taken up smoking. Maybe as punishment they should repossess her face. Oh, and studies say women who smoke are easier. That's interesting.
Gotta love the free market....Internet entrepreneurs have started selling "Willy Nagin and the Chocolate Factory" t-shirts, making fun of the New Orleans' mayor's comments. He'll never live it down.
Hillary Clinton called the House a plantation...but it looks like she and her husband ran Arkansas like a plantation when they were in power down there. You'll be surprised to read about some of it.
