 HERE WE GO AGAIN WITH THIS "LIVING IN POVERTY" NONSENSE
Get out your hanky...it's time once again to feel sorry for all of the
supposed Americans "living in poverty." The Census Bureau
reported yesterday that the number of Americans living in poverty has
risen. As a matter of fact, they are saying that 35.8 million people are
now living below the poverty line. On top of that, they're now saying 12.9
million children are living in poverty. Quick...we must elect The Poodle!
How can this be allowed to stand! Wait a minute! Forget The Poodle
... let's rush Hillary in there! She cares so much about the children!
More money must be confiscated from those that earned it in order to "lift
people out of poverty." Nonsense.
Actually, the truth is, there is no poverty in America. If you get beyond
the biased media's hysterical headlines, let's apply a little common
sense. First of all, according to the government, you could have a net
worth of over ten million dollars, own two houses, have three cars and because
you only earned a few thousand dollars in income last year, you would be living
in poverty. Does Terreeeeza Heinz-Kerry draw a salary? Maybe she's living in
poverty too.
It's a fact, folks. When the government measures poverty they're only
concerned with paychecks, not with what you have already earned. The
government doesn't look at your bank accounts, your balance sheets or that
jewelry hanging around your neck. Only your paychecks.
Let's say you are a remarkably successful stock broker. You decide to
take a year off and travel the country in your $800,000 Blue Bird Wanderlodge
motor home. Guess what? For that year, our government says you're
"living in poverty."
Why is it so? It started back during the LBJ "Great Society"
years. Johnson wanted to create a method of measuring poverty that would
provide a continued excuse for expanding the scope and nature of Johnson's war
on poverty programs. That method of measuring poverty -- by only counting
income -- is still alive today, and it is still being used by government hacks
as a reason for ever more government and ever more government spending.
The average American defined as "poor" by the federal government
enjoys a higher standard of living than the average European; not the average poor
European ... the average European. It's a scam, folks. A scam
to enable more government. If a person has a roof over their head, food in
their cupboard, a television set, a washer and dryer, a microwave, air
conditioning and a car. Sorry folks, but that ain't poverty. Just
more leftist fantasies and imagined "emergencies" designed to create
the need for more government. With very rare exception, there is not a
single person living in so-called "poverty" in America whose own
decisions have not led to their situation.
Poverty is a choice. It's a behavioral disorder. Poverty, my
friends, is a mental disease.
YEP...IT WAS ISLAMIC TERRORISTS
As predicted, the Russians now believe Islamic terrorists blew up the two
airliners on Tuesday, killing 89 people. Actually ... the Russkis are
saying that it was "Chechnyan rebels." For some reason Russia
seems to be poisoned by the politically correct virus that prevents one from
identifying these murderers for what they are .... ISLAMIC terrorists.
A message was posted on a militant Muslim website today. The peaceful
religion of Islam strikes again. The website claiming responsibility says
that five hijackers brought down each plane. Sound familiar? It's the same
war on terror we're fighting, just now the Russians are getting hit. Welcome to
the big leagues.
No matter where they are in the world, Islamic terrorists are interested in
pursuing one goal and one goal only: to kill as many innocent non-Muslims as
possible. That includes you, me, the Russians and anybody else. They
want to murder anyone who does not see things exactly as they do. They
dream of the destruction of Western secular society and of a world once again
dominated by the Islamic religion and culture.
Did this shock you out of your nap? Rub your eyes, folks ... the war is
still on. This week it was Russia. Tomorrow it could be a shopping
center in Dayton or a movie theatre in Tampa.
When President Bush says we are engaged in a global war on terror, this is
what he is talking about. These vicious bastards will strike any time and
any place. The question is...do we have the backbone to do what is
necessary to eliminate them? Are we going to elect a president who will
find them, fight them and kill them --- with or without the permission of the
United Nations -- or a president who will take the path of appeasement?
Less than nine weeks.
BUSH ... NO CHAMPION OF FREE SPEECH
But then again neither is John Kerry.
President Bush has enlisted the services of Arizona's Saintly Senator John
McCain to "go after" the so-called 527 groups, that is the Swiftboat
Veterans for Truth, Moveon.org, etc. The President wants to shut them
down. That's right, he wants to take away their (and by extension, your)
right to free speech. Welcome to The United States of America in 2004.
Question: Would the White House please issue a statement telling us
just which constitution he promised to preserve and protect when he took the
oath of office? Evidently it wasn't ours. Ours, after all, says
something about free speech.
George Bush wants to make it illegal for you to pool your resources with some
other folks who share your views and express those views through the
media. Think about this. You join a group promoting tax
reform. One of the presidential candidates supports your cause, the other
does not. You want to run ads promoting your tax reform idea and
encouraging voters to support your cause by supporting your candidate.
This is the very essence of political free speech ... and both George Bush and
John Kerry want to make your actions illegal.
There is no scandal in the 2004 presidential election greater than this ...
the candidates from both of the major political parties teaming together to deny
your freedom to effectively speak out politically. How serious is
it? Kerry and Bush approve of placing you in jail if you dare to express
your political feelings in a way not approved by them.
If these two enemies of our Constitution succeed then we will be at a point
where only candidates and those in control of the media will be allowed to
express political viewpoints through the mass media in the months leading up to
a presidential election.
The founding fathers are on a spit.

So let me get this straight...a
woman claims William Kennedy Smith raped her 5 years ago, and she is just now
filing a civil lawsuit? On top of that, she continued to work for him
and even had consensual sex with him afterward....riight. Sorry lady, go sell
crazy some place else...we're all stocked up here.
The lawyers working for both the Kerry campaign and the outside 527 groups
continue to get a pass from the media, and they refuse to resign.
It wasn't just The Poodle...other soldiers in Vietnam went shopping for Purple
Hearts so they could get three of them and get out of the war zone.
