VICIOUS,
BLOODTHIRSTY BASTARDS
"The infidel got his fair treatment."
Do you see what savage bastards we're up against here? Last week Al
Qaeda beheaded Paul Johnson Jr. Just like they said they would. Are
you listening people? JUST LIKE THEY SAID THEY WOULD. And haven't
they said that they were also going to hit us on our own soil again .. this time
looking for tens of thousands of American deaths? When will we be saying
"just like they said they would" to that threat?
These Islamic menaces have no humanity. Not one ounce. They are
cruel, cunning, capable ruthless monsters. I hope there aren't many
idiotic Americans who agree with that fool I saw on Hannity and Colmes this week
... the one who said we need to open a dialogue with these monsters and
negotiate with them. Yeah .. let's show some weakness. That's what
we need.
I want you to think about how much encouragement these bastards get from the
appeasement crowd in this country. Just how much do they want to see John
Kerry win the White House? Is there any doubt in your mind who they would
vote for? Does that person happen to be the same person you're going to
vote for?
We're at war, folks. Let's get an official declaration and hit these
sons-of-bitches with everything we have .. hit them and every half-assed nation
that harbors or supports them.
THANKS
FAYETTEVILLE AND FT. BRAGG!
Delta Bravo did it's job on Saturday and delivered me safely to Fayetteville,
North Carolina for a day of activities with the listeners of AM 640 WFNC.
My thanks to Tom Haymond and the entire WFNC staff for their fantastic
hospitality, and to the people of the Ft. Bragg Post Exchange and the Airborne
Special Ops Museum. My friend Richard was traveling with me, and we talked
on the way back of the incredible hospitality of the people of
Fayetteville. Thanks so much, everyone ... and I'm sorry we ran out of
books! Drat! I guess I'm going to have to actually write that next
one.
THE
MEDIA. NOW YOU KNOW
What an incredibly bad week for the mainstream media. After watching
the performance of such newspapers as The New York Times and The Washington
Post, and other news organizations like CNN, The Associated Press and MSNBC,
there really can't be any doubt about the blatant leftist bias of the
media. The very fact that I'm harping on this situation even today shows
how upset I am at the level of blatant bias.
I'm referring, of course, to some of the preliminary staff reports form the
9/11 Commission last week. In brief, the report said that there certainly was
evidence of connections between Saddam Hussein and Al Qaeda. The report,
however, said that there was no evidence that Saddam and Al Qaeda actually
collaborated on terrorist attacks against the United States.
Now ... remember the basic story here. The 9/11 Commission found there was
a connection between Iraq and Al Qaeda. Maybe not actual collaboration,
but there was a connection. Now ... read the headlines:
"Saddam, al-Qaeda Not Linked. Sept. 11 Panel's Conclusion at
Odds with Administration." Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.
"9/11 Panel Debunks Saddam Link. Report: No Evidence of
al-Qaeda Ties." Pittsburgh Tribune-Review
Now listen to the words of Keith Olberman of MSNBC last Wednesday. "Memo
to vice president: 9/11 Commission finds 'no credible evidence' of any
link between al-Qaeda and Iraq."
You've already seen the stories ran by The Washington Post, the New York
Times, CNN, Associated Press and more, all saying the same thing; all saying
that the panel had found no link between Iraq and al Qaeda.
Now ... what does the Vice Chairman of the Panel say? Lee Hamilton says
"There were connections between al-Qaeda and Saddam Hussein's
government. We don't disagree with that. What we have said is that
we don't have any evidence of a cooperative or a collaborative relationship
between Saddam Hussein's government and these al-Qaeda operatives with regard
to attacks on the United States."
Here's something else you may not have heard. Last week Vladimir Putin
said that he warned the U.S. after 9/11 that his Russian intelligence forces,
who were a lot closer to Saddam's regime than our own intelligence forces, had
determined that Saddam was preparing terrorist attacks on the United States.
Read that again. Putin tells us that Saddam was planning terrorist
attacks on the US. Did you happen to read that in your local paper? Oh, it
was probably there .. but let's just say it doesn't get the same type of
headlines as do the false stories saying that Saddam had no connections with al-Qaeda.
It's bias, folks. Pure, unadulterated bias. The editors at these
media outlets are determined to do absolutely everything they can to turn the
public against George Bush during this election year. They're going to be
voting for The Poodle, and they want you to vote for him also. Never have
I seen the bias so obvious and strong.
AND
NOW THERE'S MORE SADDAM-AL-QAEDA PROOF
The 9/11 Commission has received new information indicating that a senior
officer in an elite unit of Saddam's security services may have been a member of
Al-Qaeda. Not just a member of Al-Qaeda, but one involved in the planning
of the 9/11 hijackings. This is another in a long line of contacts and
cooperation between the Al-Qaeda terror network and the government of Saddam
Hussein. What else do the media and the Democrats need?
Of course, there are some that still wouldn't be convinced if it was discovered
Saddam Hussein was one of the 9/11 hijackers himself. Such is their
liberal bias and hatred of President Bush, they will do anything to distort the
facts for their own political purpose.
Anyway, speaking on yesterday's 'Meet The Press,' John Lehman, a member of the
9/11 Commission, said that documents captured in Iraq indicate that at least one
officer of Saddam's Fedayeen was a prominent member of Al-Qaeda. This
person is thought to have attended a 9/11 planning meeting with two of the
hijackers in Malaysia in January 2000. But wait...I thought there was no
link between the attacks of 9/11 and Saddam Hussein? (By the way, I was telling
you about this meeting and the Iraqi agent about two weeks ago.)
Just like they've been doing for the past several months, the media will now
do everything they can to discredit this report and this evidence.
Remember the template: whatever helps President Bush gets buried or is not
reported, and whatever hurts the president gets top billing. This most
definitely helps Bush.
And what about the Kerry campaign? This creates a bit of a tight spot for
The Poodle, doesn't it? He's been going around thundering that the
administration "misled America." But as the facts pile up, and
the truth begins to dictate otherwise, what then for the Democrats?
DOES
ABU GHRAIB REALLY SEEM ALL THAT HIDEOUS NOW?
Just a quick observation, but after the passage of several weeks, and the
beheading of another American, suddenly the abuses that happened at the Abu
Ghraib prison don't seem to be all that big a deal. How do panties on the
head compare to having your head chopped off?
sKERRY'S
DIRTY MONEY
There's just something about Democrats and campaign finance scandals, isn't
there? Apparently continuing in the Clinton-Gore tradition, we have The
Poodle taking money from a South Korean figure who was arrested for tax
evasion. Nice rich, corrupt friends from Asia...sounds familiar, doesn't
it?
The $2,000 "contribution" (bribe?) was given by Chun Jae-yong, who was
arrested in February by South Korean authorities on charges of evading taxes on
$14 million in inheritance money. This guy was business partners with Rick
Yi, one of The Poodle's major fundraisers in the Asian American community.
Yi also worked for the Clinton White House as a military attaché.
The Kerry campaign claims ignorance, and says it is sending the check back to
avoid the appearance of impropriety. But the question is this: what if the
same contribution had been discovered on President Bush's campaign
contributions?
The media, the Democrats and The Poodle himself would be calling for an
investigation. Somehow I doubt that will happen in this case.
THERE
CAN BE NO DOUBT NOW
Bill Clinton says he does not believe that President Bush went to war in Iraq
over oil or for imperialist reasons, but out of a belief that large quantities
of weapons of mass destruction were unaccounted for. In other words, Slick
Willie is backing President Bush over Iraq.
You do know exactly why he is doing this, don't you? To sell books?
Nope. To say what he believes? Not a chance. To set the record
straight? Hardly. No, the reason Bill Clinton is supporting Bush on
the war is the same reason he is coming out with his book at the same time The
Poodle is running his campaign. And that is to do all that he can to
ensure the defeat of John Kerry for president so his wife can run in 2008.
Do I have to explain this all again? Well, maybe so. There may be
new Democrats logging in. It goes this way. If Kerry wins Bill and
Hillary lose. If Kerry wins in 2004, he'll run for re-election in
2008. This means The Hildabeast would be running against an
incumbent. If he loses in 2008, That would give The Hildabeast a
shot in 2012, but what if he is re-elected? That means Kerry's VP choice
would run for election in 2012, denying Hillary again, meaning she'd be on the
sidelines for a very long time. And the Clintons like the sidelines about
as much as I like driving on a two-lane road behind a minivan.
Now that Bill Clinton has come out and supported the war in Iraq, there can be
no doubt that their plan is to completely derail The Poodle's candidacy and
clear the way for The Hildabeast to run in 2008.
No doubt at all.
READING ASSIGNMENTS
The New York Times reviewed
Bill Clinton's "eye-crossingly dull" memoirs. Pretty much
sums it all up. This could be one of the things the New York Times gets
right. You know the bit about blind pigs and acorns. I didn't know
pigs ate acorns.
Did
officials in the Saudi government help the Islamic terrorists kidnap Paul M.
Johnson, Jr.? Seems so!
The media's incorrect reporting about no link between Iraq and Al-Qaeda had more
to do with the runaway staff of the 9/11 Commission, says
William Safire.
The media's obsession with Abu Ghraib continues...this
time more allegations of torture. Has it ever occurred to the media
that people lie? Of course not...if it hurts President Bush, they must be
telling the truth!
When people find themselves running out of money, they cut back on
spending. Not so with government, explains Thomas Sowell, who details some
of the fat in California's budget.
Why is the media continuing to talk about Abu Ghraib, while ignoring the
videotape of Saddam's torture at the same prison? Diana
West takes a look.
This is how we should be exploring space...through private enterprise. These
guys are doing for $40 million what the federal government hasn't been able
to do with billions of dollars.
Yep...he's just like all those poor people he wants to help. After a week
of campaigning for the less fortunate, The
Poodle went on a vacation with the fabulously wealthy.
How come liberals always have to get out the vote, but everybody else just
votes? Democrats
in Rochester, New York are having to offer free beer.
The Iraqis can't
wait to execute Saddam Hussein....will the International Red Cross object to
that as well? Probably so.
The official communist news agency in Vietnam is still
using The Poodle's lies about atrocities committed there over three decades
later. Don't think the enemy doesn't take comfort from the words of the
left in this country.
Bill Clinton lost
his temper when the BBC asked him about Monica Lewinsky....we're still
waiting for the video, which will be broadcast Tuesday night.
Russian President Vladimir Putin warned President Bush about terrorist attacks
on the U.S. by Iraq after 9/11, and Zev
Chafets says that's bad news for The Poodle.
Vice President Cheney is hitting back against the media, and
Gloria Borger reports he is giving very little ground.
The media continues to broadcast the big lie that everything in Iraq is a
disaster.
Jeff Jacoby reports on what is going right.
The axis of weasels has their panties in a knot because of smaller countries
that are becoming "tax havens" and taking away business and capital
investment. The European socialists don't like competition, as
Joel Mowbray explains.
The Supreme Court punted on the issue of 'under God' in the Pledge of
Allegiance. John
Leo explains why we deserve better.
