What others are saying

  • Congratulations...
Listened to Rush Limbaugh today, and he was extremely supportive of your award. I didn't know he presented you. Great job.
  • Congratulations Neal!!!
Congratulations Neal, you certainly deserve this honor. I heard you talking about your love for Chicago. I'm an "Atlanta girl" born and raised and had the opportunity to live in Chicago when my husband was stationed at Great Lakes. We LOVED living there, even in the winter. We moved there after a couple of years of living an hour north of NYC and what a different city Chicago is after NYC. Loved it, loved it, loved it! Love you too Neal, you're the best. Rush is talking about you at the induction ceremony right now on his show.
  • enough, please
good for Neal - always enjoyed the show - however, enough is enough, everyday we are bombarded on Neals Nuze with this - I am on my 3rd tour in Afghanistan and listening to endless self congratulatory talk of awards and black tie dinners is galling
  • Congratulations!
You are my favorite talk show host, the only one I try not to miss. SO HAPPY to see you win the recognition you deserve!

Keep up the good work. I look forward to listening to your show for as long as you will keep doing it!
  • Congratulations Neal!
I hope you and your family, as well as the rest of the entourage, enjoy your induction ceremony.

You've certainly earned it. In spite of the various prejudices against an Atlanta based show, you've grown your audience to what it is today - enough to get voted into the NRHF. And I remember first listening to you on WRNG.

It's most appropriate and I'm glad to hear that Limbaugh will be doing your intro. You were absolutely right Friday on the air when you gave him credit for recreating this format to make it possible for others to follow.

And I'm glad all of you are on the air. It creates a great diversity of political speech. All protected by the 1st Amendment.

I think you and Mark Levin should get together and create a refresher course in Constitutional Law for the rest of us.

Lastly, you can never say enough about the Fair Tax. The problem is how to further distill the concept to win over more people, to make the benefits more obvious and refute the arguments against it.

Once again, congratulations on this honor and I hope you decide to retire later rather than sooner.
  • Congrats
It is well deserved, you are right on about Rush changing the AM radio "life". Have fun and know you earned it, my friend.
  • What a joke
Neal, you got in the National Radio Hall of Fame the same way Obama got in the White House. You lobbied hard & organized your little community of myrmidons to "get out the vote".

You're an intellectual lightweight, but fortunately for you, the vast majority of your listeners are compulsory gubmint skrool edumucated idjits who couldn't find their rear-ends with both hands & a map, & are therefore enthralled with your not-even mediocrity.

You're nowhere near being in Limbaugh's league. If he had any concept of tact & knew when to shut up (& if the "HOF" was based on accomplishment) you'd probably be out chasing ambulances right now.

The next thing you know, you'll be receiving the Nobel Peace Prize.
  • Have a little talk with Isakson
Say thanks for the compliments, but we need to have a little talk about "giving back" and "less fortunate"...
  • Radio Hall of Fame ad nauseum
Dennis Prager is talking about America. You can't shut up about your Radio Hall of Fame thing. I'd rather hear about America.
  • Shut up already.
We're sick to death of hearing about you in the Radio Hall of Fame. Congrats, now shut up about it and get back to work.
  • Radio Hall of Fame
And the criteria for qualifying for this honor?

Oh, yeah... Popular vote. Sure. It's an ego stroke, but it's as devoid of meaning as the People's Choice Awards.
  • well ok...............
after 40 years...the last few months of beggin' you finally made the big time.....

    ok....congratulations......ol' bald guy...
  • Radio Hall of Fame
Building or no, who cares? Wanna do an analysis of how legitimate something is, start with the Nobel committee.
  • hall of fame?
Read Wikipedia's section on the radio hall of fame, and visit the links it has. You may have a different opinion about the status this induction brings. According to them, it's steered by just one guy, and if he doesn't like you, you don't get in. Also, there is no hall of fame. There is a boarded up building however. This building was going to be funded by Blagovich using public money somehow, apparently, and we all know how that ended. This organization could use some investigation.
  • Hall of Fame or just some guy?
    http://howardstern.com/archive.hs?h=1439

According to Stern's news team (yes, he has one) the building for the hall of fame is boarded up. The guy running it is also said to just be a guy who started the thing, not an organization. Stern of course mocked this.
  • Hall of Fame!!
The Lagston's are happy for you uncle Neal we have be listed to you for the past 15th years. Congratulations!! We love you long..... time!!!!!!!!
    K P 3 L P
  • Hosted by George Noory
Where is the ceremony? On a UFO?
  • Great company!
Harry Kalas, Studs Terkel, Dr. Demento & Neal Boortz......and they say politics makes for strange bedfellows. lol

GONGRATS NEAL!!!!! You've earned it and I'm proud to be a member of the church!
  • Congratulations
Hi Neal! It's so great to see you inducted into the Hall of Fame. Keep doing what you do because you make me laugh and my day always is better with my daily dose of boortz's insensitivity!
  • Neal's Induction into the Hall of Fame
Congratulations Neal, on your induction into the Radio Hall of Fame. I have listened to you for years, as has my husband, and we both think you are one of the most interesting commentators on the air. Thank you for being there.
  • Hall of Fame
So glad you made it Neal!!!!
  • George Noory?
Now that'll really add credibility to the hall of fame...
