Dog after his leg
This video was on AFV and no one can see the thin thread tied around this dogs back leg and being pulled from the left. I have done this myself many years ago to tease my dog. I am surprised no one has noticed this.
I had a toy poodle who'd take the bone from the old boston terrier, calmly walk over to the couch, push it under just FAR enough in, then sit back & watch the boston lie on her side trying desperately to paw it out...how she knew exactly how far to push it in was beyond me. And this repeated itself every couple days. Boston always fell for it. Poodle always sat & watched. Our entertainment for the day!

I appreciate the suggestion, but I'm far cruder than that. I can't help myself (it's genetic). When my brother and I go to my parents' house, my Mom sometimes has to leave the room (she can't bear to witness our affliction).

Yes, this dog needs a bit of training to get over possession problems. My dog started this type of behaviour when she was about 1 year old. I put an end to it right away.
You just have to take control of whatever the dog has to show it that it is, in fact, YOUR bone/toy/whatever, and you are allowing the dog to have it every once in a while -- not the other way around.

Ya know, when our terrorist thug government finally illegally FORCES the citizens into their healthcare system against our will, animals will have better healthcare than the citizens at that point.
Your dog will be able to see a doctor within 1-2 days and we will be forced to wait up to 12 months, if even. Your dog's healthcare will be handled in a more timely, cheaper, more efficient, professional manner. How's that! Jesus Christ, Lord help us all, I just cannot wait! Yippee!
