The 2 guys were both distracted by the skinny drag queen. Watch closely as a second 'lady' in black approraches and gives both punks a full uppercut. They never saw it coming. Then the kicks start.

The guy dropped because he was hit with a Taser. Perp arches and falls to the ground. When the queen bends over, he pulls the prongs out of him. If you look close, you can see the wires hanging from the queen to the perp. What a nice tool to have when you need it.

Watch closely around the 1:18 mark. The one big guy is holding the other back, probably because he was being a jerk, and the drag queen hits him in the neck or something. This wasn't a beat down it was a cheap shot. That being said he probably deserved it.
