If she could, Farrah Fawcett would tell you that you don't want to die on the same day as Michael Jackson. Talk about being gobbled up in the news cycle. Now here's something someone needs to day .. and I'm just the guy to do it. Farrah Fawcett wasn't ever charged with child molestation. We know what Michael Jackson was .. and talent is no excuse. Now ... rake me over the coals for that one.

What others are saying

  • MJ
    Atlanta is full of REDNECKS!
  • Just a little joke!
Ed McMahon dies and goes to heaven.

St. Peter tells him, "When you get to heaven, you get one wish that comes true. What is your wish?"

Ed says, "That's easy, I want to spend eternity with Farrah Fawcett!"

Now Farrah Fawcett appears at Heaven's Gate.
St. Peter explains the wish policy to her.

She answers," I want all the little children of the world to be safe!"

    The rest is history!
  • Black to White
Actually Richard Cranium, he was born a black boy and died a white woman.
  • "KIng" of POP?
Money can block a lot of guilt. As the old saying Money walks and Bull$hit talks. But if you dance with the devil you'll get burned.
  • Who freakin cares
Who cares about these two celebrities, I don't-
  • MJ/Farrah breastbeating
the fact that the news outlets are convulsed with the deaths of a couple of celebrities with a side-dish of whiny nonsense from those dysfunctional mopes the Gosselins is encouraging in one way...
we must be winning huge in Iraq and Afghanistan, or they'd never take time for this pap!
  • MJ
I'm sure NAMBLA will erect (no pun intended) a new statue to their lost poster child.
  • Great. Now my college degree is useless.
I spent four years studying ancient Egyptian plumbing.

Now no one will hire a pharaoh faucet major.

  • MJ - No great lose!!!
Micheal Jackson -- Good riddens. That piece of scum should have been in Jail for the last 15 years. He has not done anything good since the late 80 early 90's and people are crying in the streets. People get a life!!!
  • MJ
No, never proven guilty. He just had a better lawyer than the g'vment.
  • Read this very, very carefully
The following is not speculation. It is evidence discovered by investigators of the LAPD. Mr. Jackson had books with pics of nude boys in them. Mr. Jackson frequently had children sleep over in his bed. The same bed that was in the bedroom that had- read this part slowly- an alarm in the hallway that lead to it, not connected to the alarm system in the rest of the house. Furthermore the alarm ONLY SOUNDED IN MR.JACKSONS BEDROOM.

Folks, I'm not saying the man didn't have any talent. Hitler was a great motivational speaker too. But this "he was just searching for his childhood, so he slept with children" business is a bunch of crap. Period.
  • Post from Da-Man
I just got home from work and have heard almost more than I wanted to ever hear about MJ. Even sorta hoped that Neal said something about MJ so I could read the posts and post my opinion on how I always felt MJ was ashamed of being black. But you know what it really doesn't matter when all is said and done because there is only one thing that does matter. The very first time I heard the "When it's all been said and done" song I knew I want it played at my funeral. I'm not here to do anything but live my life for Him. (and no, I don't mean MJ :))

My thanks to Da-Man, for his classy post!
  • Feel like Boortz
proven guilty of child molestation or not, MJ was still a perverted AH, proven by his avtions. As to his talent, it was no more than hype and brainwashing by the MSM, just as they have brainwashed the masses into believing all the imposter prez is doing to destroy America, is OK. MJ was a dug addict and it killed him.
    Good riddance.
  • Farrah's NOT overshadowed
I'm sorry, but to me the passing of Farrah Fawcett, a lady of class and looks, was not overshadowed by the passing of a freakish child molester enabled by his leechish sychophants.

Farrah embodied the picture of the real "girl next door," the idea of class before the cultural dive in the septic tank with the Paris Hiltons and Britney Spears celebutwits.
  • Judge not lest.....
First of all, I never thought I would do this in a million years, but I am agreeing with Copyleft today.

I certainly hope that you are not all judged as harshly as you have judged. I may not be a churchgoer now (for this very reason) but it amazes me that all my life I have heard "all sins are equal in the eyes of the lord" yet you are all ready to damn someone you don't even know. Funny how you claim that the mainstream media lies and never tells the full story, yet you have believed everything you hear about MJ.

Pot? This is Kettle. You're black.

Hope you are all happy with yourselves.
  • God people are sick
Pedophiles don't touch 1 kid. And you mean to tell me that in the thousands of kids he has been around two POS parents who force their kids to testify he touched them (both later recant and refused to help) in order to get paid makes someone a pedophile?

Where is the proof. If a friggin prosecutor with the resources of the government and law enforcement behind them cant find enough evidence to convict a man who is seen with kids, kids talk about him...then maybe, just maybe he is not guilty.

What happens if he doesnt pay them off...they keep suing and making things up trying to get paid.

It's amazing the same people who defend CONVICTED criminals will nail Jackson to the wall for allegations that WERE NEVER EVER PROVEN.

Guess in America you are guilty until the media tells you otherwise.
  • Even Worse
Even worse that Fawccett's death being pushed off the front page is the fact that her son was not able to be by her bedside in here dying hours because he is incarcerated for the victimless crime of drug use. I know I feel safer....not.
  • MJ and the media
I'm glad to see others here who feel that these parents who let their kids stay over with Michael Jackson were mere opportunists. He was acquitted the second time after the welfare cheat accused him, despite having an allegation 10 years prior. That person 10 years prior knew he was weird with all the rumors floating around before about his oxygen chamber, Bubbles, Neverland, Liz Taylor shrines- and they settled out of court. Settled? Really? Was it about money, or putting a pervert behind bars so he could get *ss-f*cked himself? It should have been the latter.

And Corey Feldman's testiimony that he felt that Michael Jackson had it in him to molest kids after all? Please. Everyone knows what a washed up douche that guy is.

I really feel he never molested children- and I wished he would have learned from his first accusation. And I wished that was a wake up call to him that he needs to get some therapy to deal with his childhood and grow up.

For me, the death of Michael Jackson and Ronald Reagan are like the end of the 80's. They are what I remember most. And even tho I outgrew Jackson's music by like, 13, I still loved watching him perform. He was amazing.

Farrah Fawcett was never even pretty. She had a man jaw. I never understood it. And she had anal cancer. As mean as it sounds, when the news announced "she died-" I said "what?!", and then "after a long battle with anal cancer"...I snickered. How can you not?

I doubt that jackass in office is going to have the flags at half mast- I mean, Michael Jackson is probably the only one who has ever surpassed him in popularity. Think about it- if the candidates were MJ and who we have now, I'd be voting for Michael anyday.
  • Wow
There are some bitter, sad, judgmental, bigoted people in this thread. Neal I'm a big fan of yours but this posthumous "Farrah-is-better-than-MJ" schtick was flat out childish and unnecessary.
  • King of Pop meets the King of Glory
Death is a strange thing - it renders all people equal - no one gets out of this world alive. You stand in the presence of God - you have no wealth - no fancy close - just the memories of a life lived -
WHEN ITS ALL BEEN SAID AND DONE

When its all been said and done
There is just one thing that matters
Did I do my best to live for Truth
Did I live my life for You
When its all been said and done
All my treasures will mean nothing
Only what I've done for Love's reward
Will stand the test of time
Lord Your mercy is so great
That You look beyond our weakness
And find purest gold in miry clay
    Making sinners into saints
I will always sing Your praise
Here on earth and ever after
For You've shown me Heaven's my true home
When its all been said and done
You're my life when life is gone
Lord I'll live my life for You

  • Child molestation
I guess the only thing worse then being a child molester is being falsely accused of being one. I think most of us would like to think he wasn't, but if he was he ain't no longer. Still a better talent than Farrah Fawcette.
  • Damn heartless people
These comments are ridiculous. I always thought that your innocent until "proven" guilty. Nothing was ever proven. As far as the "One of the children described his PRIVATE PARTS!!!!" comment, this is completely ridiculous. You know what, anybody can describe any guys private parts. I'm pretty sure that any money grubbing a-hole is able to tell a kid what to say in court.
It's sad to think that in this world it only takes 1 person to ruin your name by making a allegation about you and from then on, wether it's true or not, your labeled as such. Everyone else who has made the same allegation is just simply following the money trail.

Regardless of all the court issues, the man has impacted this "world" musically more than anyone else ever. Elvis was never as big and the Beatles are the only group to ever compare to him. He was a humanitarian and someone who brought people together. He was an amazing musician and ,although a very very eccentric person, he is an american icon that will be missed. What have you people done with your lives? Nothing I bet.

I usually agree with a lot of the issues boortz talks about and the comments people make on here, but today you guys made me sick to my stomach. sometimes just saying nothing is better then making stupid comment to sound like everyone else. Sometimes peoples smart-ass wit is unnecessary. Everyone has a voice and a lot of people should keep that voice quiet.
  • Farrah
I agree with Neal to a certain extent. But Farrah preferred her illness and suffering not be a public matter. Likewise, she would probably prefer her family to be allowed some private grief and mourning. Those of us with discerning minds know which of these deaths is a greater loss to what really matters in society at large.
  • wow
we be touchy the last couple of days

    I'll take that beer!

    Bully for you Neal.
  • MJ
AHHHHHHHH The media! last 20 hrs nothing about MJ dying? WTF? He is Sooooo imprtant that they feel he has to have almost constant coverage?
Why do Americans lap this sh*t up? When was the last time o real local Hero was honored so by you? You know the one who was burried, with military honors, in your local cemetary?
Funny even when ex-President Regan died,
his seath and funeral only got about 5 min. of news air time!
I'm appauled by my fellow Americans.
  • White or Black?
Born a black child, died a white man! Now there is racial equality Al!
  • spel chick????
    ok sorry..........temperature
  • Farrah Fawcett
Oh yesssssssssss...I've been saying that since 10 minutes after MJ died; watching FOX News...they immediately stayed on MJ the rest of the night. Shame on the mess
  • Thank You!
I am SO glad that others have the same outlook. How this has overshadowed the passing of Farrah just makes me sad.
  • the cooler is over...................................
    TED TED TED

  • Michael Jackson death
He was a mentally ill child molester. His life was a tragedy-not his death.
I know, never convicted. Neither were OJ or Barry Bonds. If you don't believe they are all guilty you are either a liar or a fool.
  • @ Conservative
If a child described my "private parts" to a cop, do you honestly think I'd be here typing? No, I wouldn't.

You see, just because he was found "NOT GUILTY" doesn't mean he didn't do it. It means that they couldn't prove it.

Kinda like how OJ was innocent in one court, but guilty in another.

Judgemental? Sorry pal, but the family member that I lost didn't sleep or "spoon" with children. He got his little clip in the paper with his passing and that was that.

THIS fruitcake (MJ) gets praised as if he was a disciple of Jesus Christ himself. Just listening to it for the past day has made me wanna puke.

ANYONE that does the things this man did with children deserves NO respect from me. People like the family member whom I lost deserve the respect.

Take the blinders off a**hat ... you're one of the reasons why this county is in the shape it's in.
  • shame about comments on michael
Are these comments really the "end results" of listening to the Neal Boortz show? Arent we supposed to have more class than this? Im not offended, I am just dissapointed.
  • michael jackson
someone said 3 kids missing their dad.. .he was not much of a dad to the kids.
  • MJ died yesterday??
I thought he died 10 years ago and we've just seen his undead corpse walking amongst us over the past decade. Wow, what an eye-opener for me.
  • Michael Jackson's Death
Hey @Voltron - I dind't know you were God. Michael was NOT found guilty of any aexual abuse. Yes, I get it, I know that there is a great chance that he did, but be careful being so judgemental.
  • Michael Jackson
It is quite sad that an individual with such tremdous talent was a mess emotionally.
  • Neal and Michael
I sure would hate to die on the same day Bortz ate the dirt sandwich.....

Neal - you will captialize on anything, won't you. I hate to see what happens when your white ass screws up. touche...
  • @ Voltron
You have the audacity to come in here and compare MJ's death to someone in my own families death and think that I am supposed to feel "sorry" for him or his children?

He had sex with little children. He "SPOONED" with little children. One of the children described his PRIVATE PARTS!!!!

You see moron, the difference is that the family member I lost was a good person and didn't sleep with CHILDREN.

To sit here and see your senseless banter makes me ask the question:

Did your narrow minded a** ever think about how the CHILDS parents felt after this fruitcake did what he did?

Nope, of course not ... all you can think about is some music stars family and forget about the families that this music star hurt.

Go take a toaster bath ... maybe that will wake your dumb a** up.
  • MJ.....
MJ was a sick, albeit RIDICULOUSLY talented man who never had a chance at a normal life. I believe he did "molest" those kids...the same way two 9 year olds play doctor. He was a very ill man, but nonetheless 25 years after THRILLER, it still rules as the number one of all time.
Cant take that away from him
  • Curses! Egregiously calumniated again!
Will MJ get the same treatment RR did? Reagan got to fly all over America before he was buried.

(I loved Billie Jean Is Not My Lover. I wish someone could teach me that infectuous bass riff.)
  • There's an article on Fox...
...at least on their website about a kid in Australia that fell off a bunk bed and smacked his head, his parents sued the other family and won something like $600K. The article says it could mean the "end of sleepovers".
I saw that article and thought; geez that story could give someone like Michael Jackson a heart attack....oh wait
  • sumtimes it jist ain't........................................
    copyleft

you know that sometimes people get away with stuff....

was the ol' white freak guilty? I think so. without proof. was he innocent? no freakin' way!!! again without proof.
  • 400 Million Dollar Debt
Michael Jackson is reported to have left a 400 Million dollar debt.

Where is Slobbering Barney Frank? We need a Congressional hearing to know why this Pop Star was missed in the TARP. He was too big to fail as a Pop Star.

I bet the next of kin and all their attorneys are very upset there won’t be much to pick off his bones.

Will there be a ‘Jackson’ Czar appointed by the PresBo to oversee the bankruptcy?

  • Death of the "King of Perv"
Michael Jackson once wanted to be known as "King of Pop". Why don't we keep referring to him as "King of Perv", for his actions.
  • I knew I could count on Neal
Yes, I liked Micheal back in the 80's before he became Michelle!!
But his death is not this news worthy. Every news channel, thats all they were talking about.

I knew I could count on Neal for the real news worthy material!!
  • those now making fun of MJ's death?
Curiously, how many of you believed Bush when he spoke of a 'culture of life'? Strangely enough you guys sound like how the liberals did when they made nasty/fun poking comments about Ronald Regan's death. Would you guys really want people talking about someone in your family like that if they died? Even if you knew that family member was troubled in their final years? Let's see how well you take it when someone starts joking around about the death of your kid, sister, brother or parent......

3 kids are now missing a father...lets see how funny you find that when it happens in your own family.
  • Sharpton....
Couldn't they have gotten ANYONE else to talk about MJ's talent and influence onthe world......A N Y O N E? ...How does race extortionist Sharpton manage to just show up everywhere? Why couldn't they get a guy like Quincy Jones to comment first? Or hell even Chris Tucker?
  • not matter what anyone says...
...MJ will be remembered as a giant among men in the music world. He's be right up there with legends like Fred Astaire,Jimi Hendrix,Bob Marley and Kurt Cobain. Nothing that anyone says will change his greatness. A messed up personal life? Sure. Did he go off the deep end in areas of his life? Sure. Reclusive and weird towards the end ? Sure. Seems like he had enabling scum surrounding him, afraid of telling him no. If indeed he commited the crime of molestation, then he should have served time.....But musical genious of a man?....type your fingers down to the bone, and you will nto acheive any arguement against the mans talent and the iconic and cultural stamp he left on the planet. ALL of music and performance itself was dramatically affected and influenced by this man. So say what you want. Just know that fact and history will recognize the man's talent and contribution to music. Sucks though that the last 10 years of his life were a downward spiral. No matter how you slice it the bulk of the planet is going to miss Michael Jackson.
  • When's the movie?
I'm sure there's going to be a Michael Jackson Story movie, probably already in the works. Too bad the best title was already taken; "The Incredible Melting Man".
Now that MJ is dead, does that mean Mo Khaddafi can dust off his uniform and move up as King of Pop?
  • MJ trials
IF Michael was innocent as he claims then why did he pay off the accusers? Innocent people dont run
  • MJ
Michael had choices to make...he could go the way he went or choose to do the right thing and use his talent for HIS good not that of his advisors, lawyers, bodyguards, etc. "With great power comes great responsibility"
  • Al Grabbing The Spotlight
First it was Ed McMahon. Now Farrah Fawcett and Michael Jackson have died. What a week.

Predictably, most people are coming out of the woodwork to mourn Jackson. It's a shame that McMahon and Fawcett's accomplishments will be overshadowed by a pedophile.

I watched on Fox News yesterday as Al Sharpton grabbed the spotlight, trying to latch onto Jackson's coattails by talking about how close he was to the singer. He tried to imply that Jackson was one of the very first black singers to gain wide acceptance and break the color barrier.

“Michael Jackson made culture accept a person of color, way before Tiger Woods, way before Oprah Winfrey, way before Barack Obama. Michael did with music what they later did in sports and in politics, and in television. And no controversy will erase the historic impact"

I wonder what Nat King Cole, Marvin Gaye, Sam Cooke, Diana Ross, Sammy Davis Jr, and thousands of others thought of that statement.

Sharpton also said that lots of people who had criticized Jackson while he was alive were now mourning and praising him, and he implied that they were hypocrites.

"It's amazing...to see how many people are now praising him that wouldn't go near him in the last several years."

Well, Mr. Sharpton, just to make you happy, and just so you know I am no hypocrite - Michael Jackson was a perverted little jerk. This is not changed by the fact he could sing, nor is it changed by the fact that he is dead. Perhaps some people are just trying to be respectful of the dead.

Sharpton said "no controversy will erase the historic impact." I say no amount of record sales will erase the controversy.

Sharpton said Jackson "learned to sing and dance past unfair criticism." I say Jackson kept putting out records while he was abusing young boys.

Sharpton says Jackson had "shortcomings." I say he was a perverted pedophile who belonged in prison.

    I'll miss McMahon and Fawcett.

  • Thank goodness someone else noticed
I was just talking about this last night...it is an apparent show of the lack of values and morals in our country. Sad.
  • Yeah MJ had talent, but...
This guy should have spend his last days alongside Phil Spector. Agree with you on the Farrah angle.
  • Really sad
that some here are trying to make a political statement with this
  • Of course Billie Jean was not his lover
Hello. She was an adult female.

Only in America could a poor black boy from a disadvantaged background grow up to be a rich white woman.
  • RIP, MJ (Molestation Job)
Elton John wrote a tribute song for MJ: "Don't Let Your Son Go Down On Me."

Of course it was Michael himself who sang, "If you wanna know if he loves you so, it's in his fist."
  • Hey, he gave at least one kid
a trust fund. The hard way.
  • FARRAH
    She was a classy lady!!!
  • Neverland
It's finally safe for children to visit Neverland.

couldn't agree with you more, Neal.

My only hope is that now his "children" will have the hope of enjoying some semblance of a normal life...
  • *Presumed* Innocent until proven gulity.

It doesn't mean you ARE innocent. It just means that the law presumes you are innocent until you are proven guity in a court of law.

Someone was overheard at my office today saying they cried the entire way to work because of MJ's death. I mean, great entertainer sure; like the old stuff, sure but really?

  • Don’t Ask Me To Mourn For Michael Jackson
America, the only country in this world where a black male youth can grow up to be a white female. Try that with Nationalized Healthcare.

He/She/It was always a freak in my book. I missed out on all the hoopla when Thriller was released. I was in US Army basic training and AIT. When I watched him on music videos, I always thought it was odd that he could not keep his hands off his stuff like he had something Ajax and water could not scrub off.

So what is next? Naming streets in our communities Michael Jackson Blvd. How about another State and Federal holiday?

  • Reassuring
My, my! What a difference a day makes!

Just yesterday, right-wingers were whining about how Gov. Sanford's private life is his own business, and it's shameless to be gossiping about his personal life. "America should be above that sort of thing" was the sanctimonious slogan of the day.

But when Michael Jackson is mentioned...!

Oh well. It's good to know that accusations are the same thing as proof to the brain-dead masses.

By the way, did you know that Mark Sanford is a drug-abusing wife-beater? That's what they say, so it must be true....
  • MJ vs FF
You like him or hate him, he is a much greater entertaniner than FF. If you count fewer people knew FF than MJ. Hey I love that woman.
  • Michael J.
Boortz, you are on the spot right about the child molestation thing! Big star or not. It is what it is. Why does character count for some folks but not the elite?
  • Gross...
I'm just so happy his rediculous specticle of a life is over. He was not only the King of Pop - he was unjustly worshiped for his bizzare behavior and sickening sexual practices. All of you saying he wasn't found guilty - idiots - he admitted that he thought it was fine to share his bed with little boys! Give me a friggin' break! Are you all deaf? ...been hiding under a rock to avoid his own words? He was a fornicating perverted child molester. He had talent. Look what he did with it...
He used his powerful position to take advantage of children. Children whose - most of them anyway - parents looked the other way. The parents of the kids who delivered their innocent offspring to the perv should be convicted. What was ion it for them? This whole thing - everything about Jacko (Sicko) is disgusting. It's great that it's over now and he can't abuse anyone else. Sad disgusting abuse of power, his own body and worst of all the innocent victims.
If you are truely morning over this, you condone it. I only morn that he threw away his talent and inflicted society in such an extreme massive scale. I'm glad the spectical is over. Now we can hear about this for several months - like Anna Nichole. What does this say to our own children about us? My response to this is not sending confusing messages to my child.
  • MJ's non-conviction
Just proves if you are popular and have enouhg money, you can get away with just about anything.

Does anyone else think that MJ greatly resembled Skelator toward the end of his life?
  • Michael Jackson
Words cannot describe my contempt and disgust for this long-term, serial pedophile. The very sight or sound of him made me ill. O.J. is finally rotting behind bars where he belongs. (HELL YES!) I hope Michael is being raped by the devil in Hell. There may be (delayed) justice aftewr all. By the way, let me save you the time. I am a racist pig.
  • more distractions...
three celebs deaths and a cheating governor are giving plenty of cover for the obama team to slid their"cap and tax" and "health care reform" thru. Like the man said,"Never let a crisis go to waste". Maybe a state funeral should be in order for Jacko to stretch out the distraction while congress digs a deeper hole for us.
  • Innocent until proven guilty
And he was innocent, so you can accuse him all you want, but there's no definitive proof it ever occurred.

Sorry to have to break it to you all.
  • Have you evern been convicted
    Good one.

"Have you ever been convicted of a felony?"

    Nope. Never convicted.
  • @Carole
Odummy is glad MJ died so it takes the focus off the Cap and Tax bill before congress so they can sneak it through unnoticed.

We can all be thankful for the music but as a person he was not a great guy. He is not the only one to blame as his childhood help lead to it but he was part of the problem.
  • scum
So, I sit down at 9:00 to watch "The Office", and instead there's a bunch of Michael Jackson BS. F@%k him!

South Park did a great MJ episode. That is how he should be remembered: "Mr. Jefferson's Slumber Party" http://www.southparkstudios.com/clips/183611
  • Not true about Farrah
"I can only hope the ring of liberty reaches the ears of her fellow thespians."

A lie! Farrah was straight, not a thespian bone in her body.
  • sadder about Farrah
I was never a fan of Michael Jackson, even when that Thriller album came out. I became more of an unfan when the child molestation stuff came out. My only sympathy about this death is for Mr. Jackson's family.
I feel more sad about Farrah Fawcett dying after her long battle with cancer. R.I.P., Farrah!!!
  • Farrah's final wish
Farrah Fawcett reached the gates of heaven and St. Peter asked her "what is your one true wish?" Fawcett replied "I would like all the children of the world to be safe." So god killed Michael Jackson.
  • To John Sahnger
The country is mourning this pedo for the same reason we elected a communist like Barack Obama...we are all frickin morons. We are too timid to say what needs to be said. Political correctness like I have always said will be the downfall of society. We are too scared to call evil when we see it. Oh but Michael he loved the children...especially the cornholes of little boys.
  • Accidental Overdose?
"It will be interesting to see if it is an accidental overdose or the abused body just quit."
Can't stand when I hear that. There is no such thing as an accidental overdose. No one abuses drugs accidentally.
  • Hum
*If* I were a conspiracy theorist, I could have a ball with Michael conveniently dying right before Congress is set to vote on "Cap and Trade"....
  • Keep it real Neal!
You forgot the part where he never was convicted. Now I am not defending what may or may not have happened. But you know yourself that with talent to promote you have demons to combat. When a caller says something about someone’s crime charge you seem to pick and choose the whole (he wasn't convicted of anything) angle. How about some consistency Neal?
  • and another thing
don't forget Ed McMahon, Johnny Carsons sidekick.

So many great points posted here!

Is an ignorant fool....Not guilty never means you didn't do it. It only means the GOVERNMENT couldn't PROVE you did it. But face it folks. No one with that kind of money and those kind of lawyers would ever pay up on an allegation like that if he wasn't guilty as sin....
    By Jeff

Kinda like OJ. Yeahhhh he wasn't guilty either.
  • Catholic priests
only wish they got this much attention when they die.
  • farrah and michael
Farrah died far too soon but with grace and dignity of a terrible disease. Michael Jackson was obviously a tortured soul but he was one of the most talented singers, dancers of our time and that cannot be denied. I dont know if ever molested a child since I was not there for his trial, etc. Ive only heard what the press has to say about him and I never believe what they report. Regardless, he was an amazing performer and deserves respect for his accomplishments.
  • Jacko the freak
Why didn't some young boy's father handle this a long time ago. That would be more fitting than a demoral overdose. How anyone could listen to his music after all we've discovered about this freak is beyond me.
  • Michael Jackson
How do the Iranians feel about the death of Michael Jackson? And how does Obama feel about having the media spotlight moved from him? Come on media people - there are other more important things happening in the world than Michael Jackson dying. At least all the little boys can breath a sigh of relief!
  • I agree with Boortz about Michael Jackson
Michael Jackson's music in the 70s and 80s was superb. And he was a top notch performer. I still love that music. However he was strange beyond comprehension. From changing one's skin color, to the endless plastic surgery operations. But his interest in young boys is what pushed him over the limit. I do believe that many people just wanted to get their hands on his money. However when he made speeches about "wanting to share your bed", that put him over the wall. Jackson was a child raised to be an adult at an early age, and turned into a child when he did become an adult. And he was acquitted but not by the American public. I don't think too many people can name many of his songs produced in the last 15 years.

  • Insensitive:
The Michael Jackson story proves that America is the best country in the world. After all, where else could a poor black boy grow up to be a rich white woman?
  • Michael and Obama
When is President Obama going to hold a press conference about Michael's death? I am sure there is going to be one.
  • MJ
All of the mainstream news outlets this morning are covering nothing but the death of this sicko, no mention of cap and trade and what it will cost us. Though this is no surprise. Meanwhile the idiotic voters of this country run to Harlem and Hollywood to mourn the death of someone they never met claiming, "He changed my life." Ask the boys he was sleeping with if he changed theirs!
  • Michael Jackson
His lifestyle led to his early death, he had talent but that was over shadowed by what he became. The people in his life all wanted something so they did nothing to help the sad situation. Pathetic is the word I would use to describe him. I believe he was guilty of child molestation but as with many celebrities he got off because he had money. Does not say much about the morals of this country.
  • MJ & FF
If Farrah's friends and family want privacy, all the diverted attention may be a blessing.
  • And suddenly
the coverage of SC governer Sanfords indescretions and Farrah Fawcetts untimely death disappears into oblivion so that the Amercan Idol crowd can mourn one of their deranged, deformed, drug ridden golden calves.
Not that I really give a flying fig...
  • media coverage
This morning I turned ABC news on like I do every morning at 3:30 am and they talked about Farrah for about 15 seconds. The rest of the show was about the weirdo Michael. I imagine before the end of the weekend I will have tnrown a brick through my tv.
  • The Pundit Said:
"The death of Michael Jackson will effect the American people more than that of John F. Kennedy."
  • Goodbye Farah
Now she can rest in peace without the media circus. Good for her.
  • Neal is whoring for propaganda
being charged and convicted are two different things..if you weren't there, then everything else is speculation
..and a litigator, Neal you ought to know better, but from the racist tones of this posting, you know where this is headed
  • If you can't say anything good about the dead...
don't say anything. Well MJ is dead...Good!

    same goes for elvis.
  • wacko jacko
Always the showman. Never upstaged. Even unto death.

It will be interesting to see if it is an accidental overdose or the abused body just quit.
  • Absolutely
Here here! I was p.o.ed at Fox for bumping O'Reilly and Hannity last night for that BS. I got so mad, I turned the tube off, went out, and washed the car.
  • The Rev. Sharpton on TV
I was watching coverage of this story last night and it was amazing how quickly Rev. Al got his face on TV. Wow. You knew he would; he would never miss that kind of opportunity, but it's almost like he had his minions hovering around with their fingers on the speed dial to the major networks and as soon as Jacko was gone, big Al was on TV telling the world how he and Michael were good buddies.
  • MJ
I don't care what Neal says "Off the Wall" and "Bad" are great albums and they'll stay in my collection.
  • I thought the same thing as I saw the news about MJ. At least I will always be able to admire my Farrah poster and not shudder like I do every time I see an MJ picture.
  • I bet Farrah's family is happy that they don't have so much media coverage while they are trying to grieve in private.
  • On Mic. jackson
Well yes its ashame he died she had cancer that was farreh faucet major..(if spelled her name right)she was brave till end..she had take all sorts of drugs n stuff...she died from cancer is sad..As for what his name well he was found Not guilty by his peers...But i afraid he may have overdose while prayin for islam n his pig...ooh i bet i struck a nerve to...he was abused by his dad why he was this way anyone blame is his dad!
  • The Child Molester
I couldn't agree with you more on this one Neil! That pervert can burn in hell. I can't believe the world is mourning that sick man.
  • Move on!
I keep hearing "our thoughts and prayers are with The Jacksons" What crap- This will not affect our lives except for a weeks worth of sh*tty news coverage. The guys was a creep
  • I know but...
I feel sorry for Jackson's family, having recently lost my grandfather I know how hard it is to lose someone you care about. I can't imagine trying to deal with that while these photographers, these paparazzi, who are the absolute lowest form of human life, try to snap pictures of your pain and suffering.
  • Michael Jackson
Once upon a time he was a fabulous entertainer, one of the best. It was so sad to see him turn weird and just throw all that talent away. I always wondered what happened to make him fly off the edge and land little boy up.
  • Jacko
It needed to be said Neal, thank you.
  • Farrah also said she always saw herself in the role of Dagney Taggart should Atlas Shrugged ever be made into a movie. I can only hope the ring of liberty reaches the ears of her fellow thespians.
  • Agreed!
There is zero excuse for child molestation no matter how many albums one sells.
  • To coin a phrase:

"Good thing cherubs have wings. They're gonna need 'em."

    JIM TREACHER FOR PRESIDENT!
  • Jackko
I am really worried about his sister Marie and brother Donnie.
  • Michael Jackson...
Yeah so I know he was never convicted of molestation, but the guy was sleeping with children. All cozied up spooning with 12 year old boys in the sack. Yeah that in my book isn't even molesting. MJ was having sexual intercourse with young boys. This is not ancient Rome. This is America and in America we throw people under the jail for this...but not Michael. He was treated different for two reasons. Money and Fame. One of his victims described his penis for Godsakes. That ALONE should have had him behind bars. Our criminal justice system is so screwed up if it lets people like MJ and OJ get off when it is blindly obvious what the truth is.
  • little michael
he could have been the president,if he had left the servicing of little boys to little girls
  • Wrong Day
    >>>If she could, Farrah Fawcett would tell you that you don't want to die on the same day as Michael Jackson.<<<

Very true. Also, you know that the media, especially Entertainment Tonight, would have hoped that MJ would have died next week instead of this week so that they can milk both of these stories for several weeks.

The big question now is, with People magazine and ET dedicating their shows to MJ, where are the typical Democrat voters going to get their "news" now?
  • Farrah
She had grace and dignity and her family is probably just as happy with Michael taking all the limelight right now. They can mourn in peace.
  • Same thing I mentioned to my wife this morning.
  • Sounds like a fair assumption to me.
  • Jackson
