We can't possibly be against this woman because she is after all, a Latina and she just knows better than we do. My Latina ex wife thinks this woman is a real perra. So is she racist? This is why politics and political correctness are a bad mix when nominating an important position like this. Instead of 'empathy' maybe she needs to be clear on the Constitution. Rather than trying to be a 'Latina' Supreme Court Justice and carry that chip on her shoulder, she should look to represent the whole pie, not a slice of it. Am I making someone roja en la carra? I hope so. Clarence Thomas carries himself a Supreme Court Justice for everyone, not just a few. Can la Senora do the same? I'm not convinced.

Watching him being questioned by Hannity last night re: Sotomayor made me reach for a barf bag. McCain is spineless, refuses to take a position (the RIGHT one, that is)regarding Sotomayor's outrageous comments and insisits upon wanting to treat the libs with "due respect". Funny, the libs never treat anyone that disagrees with them with the "due respect" McCain refers to.
