If I remember, the pirates of old she said were resolved was not resolved by talk, but by force of arms from our US Marines. This is why we have the line, "to the shores of Tripoli" in the Marine Hymn. The Marines then wore a leather high collar to protect against cutlass slashes, and that is why the Marines are called "Leathernecks." I think Sec. Clinton should read up on her history.

The reason she broke out laughing is because while she was talking about the pirates, she realized the irony in the situation. While we're watching the pirates steal from "the haves", Obama is doing the same thing to us.

When people are clueless on a topic, they just laugh and agree or concur with the other peron's comments. OBozo is a classic example of this. When nervous or caught in a bind, he smiles with a very wide grin.
Remember during that one debate with McCain when questions were asked about specifics regarding Russia, Georgia, and the rest of the countries around there. McCain was obviously well versed and knowledgeable about the political situation over there. OBozo didn't have a clue. I bet you he still couldn't find Georgia on a map. When asked by the moderator what his position is, OPrompter said "I agree with Sen. McCain." He said "I agree" about 8 times in that debate.
Someone said in a post "What's the big deal" about Hillary laughing. It is a big deal. We have American citizens as hostages. Having our Sec of State giggling like a moron while discussing the situation shows a complete lack of respect of the situation.

She's Just Nuts
This is not the only time Hillary has done this. Every time I see her on camera she seems to have some sort of laughing outburst that’s inappropriate for the situation. To be polite everyone seems to smile or attempt to laugh with her. It doesn’t appear to be nervous laughter; it’s just inappropriate for the situation. Pirates taking over a ship and threatening to kill people is not at all funny. Hillary’s laughing outbursts happen so much that I think she has some sort of emotional, psychiatric, or neurological problem. I hate that gash, Hillary. However, for once, I can't for the life of me see what the big deal is. She was laughing about something that happened over 100 years ago, not today.
