WHAT DOES NANCY HAVE TO SAY ABOUT THE BUDGET?

The budget resolution passed the House with absolutely zero Republican support. Point: If it had been Bush's budget the Republicans would have supported it ... so don't sing Republican praises too loud. A more amazing fact is that 17 Democrats voted against the budget. You'll enjoy Nancy Pelosi's reaction to the passage of this budget resolution. She says, "Today, for the first time in many, many years, we have a president's budget ... that is a statement of our national values."

Did you catch that? This is a "statement of our national values." What values would those be, Nancy? Bigger government ... redistribution of wealth ... government dependency ... government control of the private economic sector ...funding "green" industries based on the global warming hoax ... replacing the free market system with government controls and regulations ....

This is a big government, anti-individualism budget. BOHICA

    The republicans aren't at all blameless for the mess we're in. However, the democrats have a much bigger vision, are much better at implementing it, and aren't worried about getting along with the other side. Obama and Pelosi's etc. literal goal is a socialist America. They are well on their way. This is not and never will be again the country I was born in. God helpo us all.

    Interestingly, at some point Nancy will have to square off against the great obozo. Her ego won't allow it to go unchallenged for too long... this could get interesting. Gather the children, popcorn and peanuts... its gonna be a show. Only thing this circus will be lacking will be a tent.

The Democrats won by default, thanks to lack of leadership from our Republican brothers and sisters. So now you presume to speak of 'national values'. You couldn't find your own collagen injected rear end with both hands and you think we're all as stupid as your consituents? Puleeze! Did you make weird face and somebody hit you on the back so it froze with that expression or just get a bad batch of botox? 'National values' with a Tiffany price tag.

    First, it's "loudly."

    Second, you're right, Republicans love spending it as much as anyone. They've proven that and have become so marginalized that none of them were even bribed (via earmark) into flipping their vote. There were probably some waiting in the wings but the Dems did it ALONE. Scary. Now we get to sit and watch Dems Gone Wild on Springbreak.

    I blame the backlash of the Bush years for this. I'll bet Republicans wish Bush had canned Rumsfeld before that midterm election when it could have helped instead of the day after it. I mean what the h3ll was the point in that? They may as well have just kept doing whatever they wanted to do like they had been all along.

    Pelosi and Obama are a lot alike.
    Most prominent is that they both made history by being the first of their respective gender/race to hold their current position while simultaneously being a complete failure within that position.
    I think that women and the black community should get a do-over.
