I had fried chicken for lunch today, and there wasn't a black person in sight.

Racism is the belief that any race is inherently superior (or inferior, take your pick, same thing) to another. It is not specific to black's inferiority, as Neal claims. Neal's definition excludes the possibility that blacks could be considered superior and is therefore a racist definition.
