Since we added this late during the show yesterday, we're popping up to today's notes to make sure no one misses it. We read some of this Homeland Security document entitled "Rightwing Extremism: Current Economic and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment" on the air. By popular demand, here's the link!

What others are saying

  • Wake up Man
"The document seems to accurately profile right wing extremists in this country."

So George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, and Patrick Henry were extemists? This make me sad.

"He was setting up illegal, secret prisons in third world countries and torturing people, as well as abducting people"

Lol ok. While I am not gonna get into an argument with you over how ignorant and stupid this statement is, let's just assume for a second that you are correct. I am very glad we have a president now who will do these things to American citizens that do not agree with his Socialist ideology. Is USSSA to long of a name for a country?

"Not that Obama has done enough to restore civil liberties after the Bush era, but he has taken some good steps"

Yes sir. This document eases my mind in that it shows that the current administration would never single groups out, "profile", or prosecute by law those who do not agree with its policies or political beliefs.

"These right wing extremists are a lot more dangerous than foreign extremists because there are many more in this country, and have much more power (including political influence, especially in the worse parts of the south)."

Wow where to start with this one... I must say I am just dying to know which parts of the south are the worst ones. But lets skip that for now. You are correct in that the people who hold beliefs that threaten this administration politically are very numerous. Those people are citizens. They have a constitutional right to believe things that the current administration would silence. But an administration that ignores that many people is very dangerous.

None of that justifies violating civil liberties, but that isn't being done here at all. It's an honest report outlining the problem."

Sir, I have to refuse to believe that you really believe this kind of statement to avoid my brain exploding. I am gonna do some digging this week so I can produce some government documents from 1930s Germany that are reminiscent of this one. Obviously you love the democratic party and President Obama. Please put your love affair on hold for a moment and open your eyes.
  • @Lent Visor

"Drea3, ELF and ALF are indeed classified as terrorist groups, but they haven't ever hurt anyone, and oppose doing so."

And that is an outright lie or a comment made from ignorance. The ELF has spiked trees which has led to career ending injuries of lumberjacks and the workers at saw mills not to mention deaths.

But even if they never killed anyone, I suppose you think that destruction of a person’s home, company and property and being targeted by these groups is not terrorism?

"They're nuts, and what they do isn't okay, but they aren't a threat on the same scale as these militias."

Wrong again. Name one “militia group” that has committed the same level of property destruction, physical harm and deaths as these the terrorist groups of the ALF and ELF.

"They also have less political power than right wing extremists."

And again, you are wrong. Members of the ALF are supported financially and politically by organizations like PETA.

And all one has to do to see their political power is to look at the rhetoric regarding animal rights, animal protection, fear mongering over the environment, etc.

"Also, while they are generally considered left wing, most left wing extremists, especially violent ones, have not been especially environmentalist or animal rights oriented."

Really? Care to name any? Again, ignorance on your part. They are leftist group due to their stand against capitalism and anything they see as related to it.

"The reality is that right wing terrorist groups pose a much bigger threat than left wing ones, certainly eco-terrorists, in this country at this point. "

Again, supported by what evidence? You hollow opinion is not sufficient. I can cite a long list and history of terrorist activities of these groups. If you cannot support your claims with fact, then they are hollow.

"There's more, and they both worship and carry out violence."

    Again based upon what facts?
  • Re: Drea3

  • Irony, why so silent?
    @Irony

Odd how you did not respond to the fact that domestic terrorists groups like the leftist ELF and ALF not only exist but have been on the most wanted by the FBI and law enforcement due to their terrorist activities.
  • Mike Malloy? Realy?
    @Mike Malloy Fan

Wow. You actually try to troll for a guy who claims that it was not the military that were heroes of the recent hijacking but it was the union workers onboard the ship that were the “real” heroes.

Then there is Malloy’s typical inability to look past his limiting ideology. His claims mostly boil down to one strawman after another that simply falls apart under examination.
  • Homeland security document
The sitting congress should be affraid of retuning milliatary, since unlike the sitting congress they take their oath to "defend the constitution from all enamies foreign and domestic" seriously.
  • Did they mention Gangs?
As a Retired Military Police Officer, this is not too shocking. What does surprise me is the fact that NOTHING is said about the rampant Gang Activity in the military. On every post, there is rising gang related activity within both the military and military families.

Gangs have learned that it is very easy to recruit young susceptible service members. They are typically far away from home and they are looking for a crowd to hang out with. The families struggle with this because they are transients and the same thing happens with typically the teens.

You should be VERY afraid of the Gangs that are in the military.
  • This Report
The document seems to accurately profile right wing extremists in this country. It doesn't say that anyone who opposes excessive taxes or excessive federal authority is a terrorist, rather that those who feel the income tax or the federal government are illegitimate are extremists. That's just the truth, and it has been for a long time.

And no, this is not similar to Bush's policies at all. He was setting up illegal, secret prisons in third world countries and torturing people, as well as abducting people and sending them to the prisons of dictatorial governments in the middle east. He had secret lists (especially the No Fly List) used for political harassment. None of that is comparable publishing an honest report on a problem, as as been done in this case.

Not that Obama has done enough to restore civil liberties after the Bush era, but he has taken some good steps, except as far as wiretapping is concerned.

These right wing extremists are a lot more dangerous than foreign extremists because there are many more in this country, and have much more power (including political influence, especially in the worse parts of the south). The media also shows no diligence in their coverage of right wing extremism, rarely ever mentioning even extreme cases of corruption, including the involvement of several prominent Southern Republican politicians in the white supremacist Council of Conservative Citizens.

None of that justifies violating civil liberties, but that isn't being done here at all. It's an honest report outlining the problem.
  • Compare and Contrast.
First you will find the definition of a leftwing extremist.

(U//FOUO) DHS/Office of Intelligence and Analysis defines leftwing extremists as groups or individuals who embrace radical elements of the anarchist, animal rights, or environmental movements and are often willing to violate the law to achieve their
objectives. Many leftwing extremist groups are not hierarchically ordered with defined
members, leaders, or chain of command structures but operate as loosely-connected
underground movements composed of “lone wolves,” small cells, and splinter groups.

Next you will find the definition of a Rightwing extremism.

    (U) Rightwing extremism in the United States can be broadly divided into those groups, movements, and adherents that are primarily hate-oriented (based on hatred of particular religious, racial or ethnic groups), and those that are mainly antigovernment, rejecting federal authority in favor of state or local authority, or rejecting government authority entirely. It may include groups and individuals that are dedicated to a single issue, such as opposition to abortion or immigration.

You all should be able to see the difference here. People who reject federal authority in favor of state or local authority are not breaking any laws--they are in fact trying to preserve our supreme law(it is called the Constitution of the United States of America). The same cannot be said for any elements of the leftwing extremist definition. The left wing definition makes a point of saying, those who “embrace radical elements” and who “are often willing to violate the law to achieve objectives.”
  • DHS Doc
It wasn't that long ago that Hillary was screeching about how it was patriotic to question the administration. Oh wait, that was a different administration.
  • Independents and Conservatives are RW now?
So the independents, conservatives and libertarians are now considering themselves in the same class as neo-nazis, kkk, militias and bomb throwers? I thought you were all about personal responsibility - does that mean you condone the use of force to make sure people are following your lead?
  • Homeland security Document
The Government has been doing this to us commie pinkos for years! Don't worry about it, they are incompetent.
I don't know or care who wrote the thing, but it is nice to know there is at least one person out there dumber than myself!
  • There once was a young politician......
People should not be afraid of their government.Government should be afraid of its people.
  • fascism
the nazi party treated their opposition in a siomilar way.. painting them as enemies and then calling it "justice" to remove their influence from the country.
  • People have been saying this for years
People have been saying for a long time there needs to be focus on kkk and neo nazis. Oh wait, those were Bush years, where he was more focused on Halliburton stock. Just remember repubs, you voted for the same person as these nazis. That is very anti-American
  • Wow - who wrote that document
WOW! That's all I can say!
What left-wing, tree-hugging, liberal extremist wrote that? They drummed up a bunch of crap from the 90's and threw in a little bit of recent stuff and now try to lump every right-winger out there as a threat to the New Socialist Order. I am not going to argue that Oklahoma City bombing didn't happen. The facts appear correct, but they gathered what they could and use their own scare tactics to try to say "beware of the white convservative". Wow - I am simply amazed that we paid for a government document of such extremism. Isn't it funny how everything they speak of is exactly what they are doing? Maybe some reverse psychology?
  • Homey Scrutiny Document
I've read the document, as well as the Missouri document. The report from the Department of Homey Scrutiny seems to be fairly rational. It repeatedly differentiates between law-abiding citizens and possible extremists. Compared to that Missouri document (which advocated procedures of dubious Constitutionality), this Homey Scrutiny report is pretty tame. I fail to see any reason to beat to quarters over this. Perhaps I'm missing something.
  • If there's no 2nd amendment, then there is no 1st amendment.
You can't pick and chose which amendments you want to mean something, and others to mean nothing.

It's an all or nothing proposition, either the bill of rights stands for something or it doesn't.
  • "Radicals"
I know it sounds paranoid, but does anyone think that it was just a 'coincidence' that this report came out right before the Tea Parties? I'm waiting for all of us who purchased firearms to have notices sent to our homes that we are on the "watch list". Wow! I made the list :-)
  • Who do they think comprise the military/police?
I'd like to know exactly who Pelosi, Obama, et al. (Irony, Copyleft, Hugo's, and especially the pansy Stan Gable)think comprise the military and police truncheon that they feel they may need to swing at these "white extremists."

The left feels that right-wing, gun-owning nutjobs are being galvanized by policies and represent a growing problem, but the majority of police officers and military personnel ARE these people with whom they are trying to scare the nation.

Guess that's why Obama wants his brownshirts, got to have somebody loyal to the liberal party, rather than the country... It should be making sense to most people by now though.
  • Stan from Alabama
You are 100% correct, there was a 1/26 report about left-wing groups using cyber attacks, arson, bombing, etc.. The difference to me is, these are all crimes, and not protectd by the Constitution. The April DHS report seems to target individuals concerned with Constitutional law, especially the 2nd and 10th amendments, and anyone that wants the laws off the land protected, like controlling immigration and maintaining soverignty. If this report was simply along the lines of "Right-wing groups expected to ramp up bombings of abortion clinics", you would not hear a peep out of me about it.
  • Ivan
Good, another person who sees that the republicans and democrats are really no different. I hope you also see that the Libertarians also are not the answer (sorry, but Ron Paul's nutty comments about WW1 and the unrealistic isolationism drives me away). Course, part of my problem is that I have been a solid independent for the entire 40 years of my adult life, and I vote for people, not parties. Fair tax now!
  • DHS Alert
I wasn't happy with the creation of DHS back when because deep down I knew the law of unintended consequences would bite our posteriors.

I hate to underline this, but, there is a reason the Second Amendment was the second amendment. Our Founding Fathers knew/experienced the inability to secure their lives and property. Europe to 1776 only allowed the King and whomever he designated the right to own a weapon (of any type). That was why they enshrined the write to keep & bear arm as the very next guarantee after no state-established religion, freedom of assembly, freedom of the press, and the right to petition the government. The only way to ensure the rights enumerated in the First Amendment was to establish each citizen's right to protect himself from any and all threats including a coercive, totalitarian government.
  • This Copyleft guy...
I have seen this guy posting hardcore partyline talking points and whatnot and I can't help but laugh. Hasn't this fool realized he has been played? There is no such thing as right or left. They are one in the same. Do you honestly think for one second that if McCain had won this election it would be any different. I think it is BLINDLY obvious now that the people we elect to office are not the ones that run this country. These are just simply the people that are our punching bag when we are upset with the government. Most people are too dumb to realize this. I hope those of you reading this are starting to understand. This will not end well. Today they are calling American citizens terrorists. What will tomorrow bring? What do we do to terrorists in this country? Yeah...think about that for a second...
  • Extreme?
I am an extremist by DHS definition.
[A footnote attached to the report by the Homeland Security Office of Intelligence and Analysis defines "rightwing extremism in the United States" as including not just racist or hate groups, but also groups that reject federal authority in favor of state or local authority.]
I respect Federal authority over our Military and Border Patrol/Customs Immigration. The feds don't bother with illegal immigration control. They'd rather be in our schools, hospitals, workplaces, homes, parks, roads, cars, radios, TVs, computers, ... and in our air. The feds want to tax an element in the effing air.
I won't be breaking any laws in my extremism until they tell me I can't speak or vote.
    States rights!
  • So now I'm a terrorist...awesome
This move was so predictable. The NWO is really arrogant. They are literally doing everything we ever said they would in almost perfect order. Amazing. This is how it starts. Soon those "Right-wing extremists" will be on the no-fly list and we will have our gun rights revoked for being on that list. What a wonderful country this has become. :( One unfortunate truth is that soon there will be alot more "right-wing extremists" because our government along with the IMF will force us to fight back. This is like living in the twilight zone. The funniest part is that for years and years conspiracy theorists have talked about this and KNEW it was happening, but everyone ignored it or called them nuts. Is it nuts NOW????!
  • Libs and their "Neo-Con" Term
Please start using the term "Neo-Con" at the BEGINNING of your posts so that I might skip over to something that has some merit. Thank you. This childish name-calling and finger pointing goes on and on while your ability to make your freedoms are being destroyed . . . and all you do is rattle your empty head so that we can hear how much you hated George W. Bush. God help us all.
  • Whoops! Did Obama actually admit this?
Throughout the document it uses phrases like,

“rightwing extremist groups’ frustration over a _perceived_ lack of government action on illegal immigration”

“Many rightwing extremists are antagonistic toward the new presidential administration and its _perceived_ stance on a range of issues, including immigration and citizenship, the expansion of social programs to minorities, and restrictions on firearms ownership and use”

Remove the word _perceived_ and the sentences become a bit more accurate. Although, I did find one exception to the use of the word perceived in the document:

“Many rightwing extremist groups perceive recent gun control legislation as a threat to their right to bear arms”

Looks like they forgot to put the word perceived in front of “right to bear arms”. So did the Obama administration just acknowledge the people’s right to bear arms?! Wonder if the editor of the document will be reprimanded.

Suddenly I read alot about the Patriot Act, but there is only ONE case where the FBI did not secure a warrant and the FISA judge through out the evidence since the time was not an element in this particular case. Suddenly some people have forgotten that we were attacked on 9/11. Just like the Department of War during WWII subsequently became the Department of Defense, there were action the Bush Administration took (not that I agree with all of them) but it's unchartered territory. Now...we're going to the extreme opposite and we are beginning to see a resurgence of dmoestic terrorism and it will grow. This intelligence and analysis is the "birth child" of Janet Napolitano and Eric Holder. We are headed back to some of the Clinton era practices, but it's much worse now with the potential release of these GITMO detainees. Snce JFK, there hasnt' been a democratic president willing to fight these external groups and they were allowed to grow and plot with impunity. So..now we're becoming more passive. The US is leading the fight, but were are loosing are will and guts to continue to fight. We are slowly taking on the socialist and passive belief that somehow these rogue countries will disarm and will want to negotiate. It's all wishful thinking, but our federal goverment has grown, under GW Bush and much more under Obama. It happened with a GOP-controlled House and Senate and now with the Democratically controlled House/Senate. Having been stuck in this quagmire while in the military..this certainly looks like we're looking at a strong and probable rebound from one extreme in order to push the country back to it's moderiate to the right (conservative). However...conservative has so many shades of gray now that's it difficult to distinguish the liberal from the conservatives! Frightening indeed!

Why do those of you who complain that this is exactly what the Bush administration did, not still complain when the Obama administration does it?
If it was wrong to you when Bush did it, why is it right now if Obama does it?
Be consistent, not partisan.Wrong is wrong. The whole deal with the Obama administration is that he was supposed to be about change and not continue what people perceived was abuse of power.Well,he is abusing power now so why is it ok with you lefties? Hypocrites.

  • @ Copyleft
I tend to agree with what you stated, I feel very much the same way about this. The power was concentrated during the Bush 43 reign but now we see it being employed in a hamfisted manner. I anticipated this sort of abuse of the "PATRIOT" Act would be evidenced during the last presidency as an expansion of the War on Terror. I was wrong, and Obama is wrong for not relinquishing himself of the legal right to forgo a Constitutional litmus test as was handed to him on a big fat platter.

The War on Terror/Drugs/X are more overtly now, wars on all of us.
  • Good Company
Thomas Paine, Ben Franklin, John Hancock, Thomas Jefferson, Paul Revere all would have been considered radicals by these guidelines. I could live with being part of that group.
My neighbors don't have to fear me because they can't exert control over me. My government should fear me and other radicals because of our subversive activities like exercising our right to vote.

Bush was wrong on plenty, but that is not a good excuse for the new admin to continue these abuses of power--especially since he campaigned on "change."

Lets see seven years without a terrorist attack NOT ONE! Thousands of lawsuits and investigations against the Bush Admin and not one has been adjudicated against the Bush Admin why? Because the Bush Admin never abused the power. Now we have the dear leader and the Obamumnist hoards and they are playing to the standard liberal/socialist/communist form, I have said this hundreds of times in post's liberal's see us the voters/citizens as the enemy not foreign terrorists/agents and they will abuse the power they get to persicute those they see as not going along with their agenda.
  • Jay S.
Jay, I'm busy. I can't do all your research for you. It's on FOX, what more do you need?
  • Hey, what extremists?
The only extremists I know about wear t-shirts that say "Acorn" and "Code Pink". Come on, I mean really. This had to be expected. My feeling, investigate this(^)! My high school principal in Texas once told me the FBI was investigating students who wore peace signs and marched against the war in Viet Nam. All this because I was seen picking up leaflets someone had thrown across school grounds. I was picking up litter and being punished for being a 'student radical'. Thank God my ROTC instructor stuck up for me. That's how ridiculous things can get. Let's try to avoid that. A little common sense, please.
  • 10 th amendment
I see that the leftists have no problem regarding the Federal Govt. when it comes to sweeping the 10th Amendment out of the way when it serves their purposes, i.e. Copyleft. This again will be why this may not be resolved in a "civil" manner, (pun intended).
Maybe we should divide the country according to the note that Neal posted that was from that lawyer.
  • Executive Power
Gee, if only someone had been strenuously objecting to all these expansions of executive authority when they were first enacted!

The PATRIOT Act, the "unitary executive" nonsense, the Ministry of Fatherland Security... all that stuff that would obviously be misused and abused by any executive, and inevitably turned against the party that was so strongly in favor of it when THEIR boy was in the big chair.

Those people would have been called "libertarians." And they would have been screaming for Bush's head for the past 7-8 years or so.

And they surely didn't include Neal Boortz and his many Bushdrone listeners. Why is that, do you suppose?
  • It Looks Incredibly Slanted But...
Wow! Just read the report. On the surface, it looks like an indictment of anyone right of Pelosi. The conclusions read like a Daily Kos summary of the Conservative movement. They rely on fear, misunderstanding of conservatives and no visible facts. However, without knowing the underlying intelligence, it's difficult to tell whether there's a real danger. If the militias are trying to reconstitute, we should catch them sooner, rather than later. I wish we had some background on the politics of the team that wrote the report and the level at which the report was subject to political bias. That’s a sad thing to say, but in today’s age of continuously disingenuous communication between the government and the people, it’s difficult to consider such a report as valid without knowing the motivation of the author.

I'd also be curious to there’s an I&A report on left wing hate groups. It seems there's more evidence of liberal hate, than there is of right wing hate groups. Consider:
    - The church where Palin worships was burned down, after she opposed gay marriage.
    - A left wing, quasi-political group (ACORN), committed massive voter fraud during the last election cycle.
    - Left wing activists targeted churches for harassment after the CA gay marriage referendum failed.
    - Conservative workers lost jobs when activists thought they opposed gay marriage.
    - A liberal state employee hacked records of a private citizen, then provided negative information to national media outlets. The MSM used that information to initiative a smear campaign against the private citizen.
    - The liberal son of a dem. state representative hacked into Palin’s personal email, then published the results to embarrass her.
    - A Democrat controlled Congress attempted to place a 90% tax on the legal bonuses of a series of private citizens who worked at a company out of favor with the public, the Congress and the left.
    - Even though those same employees received death threats, both a liberal congressional committee chairman and a liberal state's attorney general demanded that employee names and addresses be publicly released.
    - A liberal activist organization bused people to houses of those same employees to publicly embarrass, harass and perhaps vandalize the homes.

The timing of the report is somewhat troubling as well. Given it was released on Apr. 7, within a week of the tax day tea parties. The tea parties seem to be an enormous conservative demonstration against government spending. Many of the drivers mentioned in the key findings section of the report such as immigration, perceived economic hardship, and threats from other nations will undoubtedly be themes of the tea parties. Since there have been rumors that left wing activist organizations plan to infiltrate and attempt to disrupt and/or sabotage the tea parties. If there is a violent reaction to these disruptions, the report seems to provide a government platform for endorsing further adverse government action against people who attend and/or support the events.

Reckon that report should include the whole State of Texas. Congress is going to find out what they mean by "Don't Mess With Texas" over the 10th Amendment.
  • @Alabamastan
The quote from the official does not equal an actual report. She said that they had a report on left-wing groups. Where is it? I'm not saying it doesn't exist, but it would be good to have both reports and compare them. The 2001 report posted in these comments referred to specific left-wing groups. It did not say that because someone cares about the environment they should be monitored as if he is going to blow up a nuke plant.
  • What's good for the goose?
Doesn't seem to be good for the gander. Ironically enough, the very Patriot Act loathed by the left will be the very tool they'll have to use to enforce these warnings against us "domestic terrorists", aka, those of use who prefer local control and who vote for 3rd party candidates on the right.

I should have included, that in addition to the aforementioned labels, the government empowered itself through the Patriot Act to secretly investigate or prosecute said labeled Americans, even though they may have committed no crime.

No, just simple slash-dotting. A popular story, whether its about Obama or Bush, that circulates the blogosphere is bound to cause a natural denial-of-service if the source isn't equipped to handle it.
  • DHS
Capital "D" Democrat propaganda paid for: by U.S. taxpayers. Do these bureaucrats have any real work to do?
  • Irony
The only point you made, inadvertently I'm sure, is that we definitely do NOT want to give Obama, Geithner, Pelosi, Reid and the rest any more power than they have already grabbed cause you just never know when it'll come back to bite you in the tookus!
  • It's not different.
But the blindly loyal conservative dogs will say it is because that's what their masters tell them to. They enjoy living under the boot of the neocon fascists.

They've all forgotten that old poem, adapted slightly:
...And then they came for X, and I was silent beacuse they did not come for me...
...And then they came for me, and there was no one left to speak out...

  • 2001 report
Old report warning of leftists groups.

  • FOX Left wing extremist report citation
    Glad to oblige, Jay S.:

    From the Fox News report:

"Some critics have said the DHS is equating conservative views to right-wing terrorism, but a DHS official countered that in January the department issued a mirror intelligence assessment of left-wing extremist groups."

    The article:

  • how is this different from the Bush-era?
During Bush's term, any dissenters were labeled as un-American, pro-terrorism, anti-religious closet socialists. How is this report any different, other than it is just a reversal of roles?
  • I heard the Jews and Communists are going to set fire to the Reichstag
And where is this supposed report on left-wing terror groups? That statement definitely warrants a [citation needed].

  • The need for nationalized healthcare
And perhaps Irony could get the Lithium he so deperarately needs.
  • The Soviet Union DHS document
Neal, kudos!!! Pat on the back, slap on the rear, kisses and hugs for you!! You have the gonads of a bull and the support of many of us for reading the piece of crap this morning. My husband served 30 years in the Army and my infantryman son just returned from 14 months of hell in Iraq. To have my warriors labeled as "right-wing extremists" who bear "watching" is insulting but we're a good-natured bunch over here and giggle at the loons who wrote this crap. We know where it comes from. The sad thing is that there are many more who don't know where it comes from. Kinda sounds like the old Soviet Union? People grab your guns and cling to your religion because we are all targets now...Americans the target not foreign terrorists. Where else but in Obamaland?

Good job, Neal. Love you, keep it up, and we'll keep listening.
  • Left-wing Extremists.
Before you get really revved up, according to a report on the FOX News website states that a "Mirror" report about left-wing extremists was published by Homeland Security in January. But of course this won't matter, so let the misinformation begin!
  • Irony?
    Irony,

Wow. Your name is such an oxymoron. No leftist domestic terrorist? So I guess the well recognized terrorist group of Animal Liberation front is totally ignored by you as would be the Earth Liberation Front. You know. Those wacky leftist do-gooders who burn down anything they don’t like, spike trees that maim and kill people and who plant bombs. In fact, decades ago, one of them was blown up in their own car by their own bomb.

So no Irony, there is a huge difference between tracking anyone like the leftists terrorist groups like the ELF or ALF versus the current administration trying to paint anyone who questions federal power grabs, wishes to actually follow the rule of law and the law of the land like the Constitution or who dares to support anyone other than the current two parties as terrorists.

But I forget. Leftist are so enamored by thought crimes, are they not? And what could be more egregious of a thought crime than questioning the messiah?
  • @Irony: Your troll-fu is weak
Thanks for playing, better luck next time.
  • Is anyone really surprised at this?
Like any other group of Statists, the Democrap fascists led by Obozo need to demonize the opposition.

But hey, Copytheft, Hugo, AWK and the rest of the moronic DNC trolls around here can be first in line for their black leather jacket and truncheon as Shwartzenfuhrer Uhhhhbama's Chekist army.
  • Yeah! Darn that deparment of... oh. Oh wait.
Yeah, remember how you conservobots said the PATRIOT Act was a great idea? Remember how you were so gung-ho about rooting out terrorists? Remember how Gitmo and torture was such a fantastic idea because they were just dirty, filthy, America-hating terrorists?

It's so incredibly epic that, now that YOU are being called terrorists by your own precious HOMELAND SECURITY office, suddenly you're shocked and amazed. Suddenly, the government is no longer absolutely infallible in its ability to correctly identify terrorists. Suddenly, all your horsesqueeze starts to fall flat on its face.

And, even more funny? The report is backed by evidence of recent events. As much as you androids like to say that liberals hate this country, liberals aren't the crazy terrorist ones. That would be conservobots who go into a church and blow away as many people as they can, testifying in court that they "wanted to kill as many liberals as they could". It's the conservobots that get into hours-long shootouts with the police (Remember how much you respect the police?) and kill three officers because "Obama was coming to take their guns".

Congratulations, you bunch of terrorists. See how you like it now.
