... nah, who am I kidding. I think you will see what I mean by this mind-numbing argument presented by Catcher ...

We'll just leave the spelling and punctuation as is. With critics like this I must be doing well!

Name: catcher
Subject: Joseph Goebbels

Having to listen Boortz pump torture as a lifestyle on the radio is sick obviously. Must be similar to having Joseph Goebbels villify the jews in the 30s on the radio Perhaps some MIT prof will assign hacking into Boortz 's shrink's office to his students to get this impressive numbnuts off the radio.Should agree with Boortz since he no doubt approved of Nixon's Ellsberb break in.

What do you think, folks? Did this guy vote for Obama?

What others are saying

  • Did he vote for Obama?
Sure he did... Several times!! then across the border into new jersey, and several times again!
  • >>What do you think, folks? Did this guy vote for Obama?<<

    Definitely.

Though, with all these paid "volunteer" programs, it feels like it might *be* the 1930s...
  • back at Hugo
gee Hugo da ya think? of course it is purely hypothetical and I never mentioned 24. crawl back in your government subsidized hole.
  • Email from "catcher"
I have a very simple soulution for "catcher": If you don't like what Neil has to say, "Turn the damn dial". I don't happen to like what Keith Olberman says, so I simply choose to not listen to/watch his show. Now, wsn't that easy?
  • Vote for Nobama?....
Did this guy vote for Nobama?

Heck, throw in a several "umms" and "ahhs" and this guy is Nobama!
  • @Jeff
Dude, "24" is a FREAKING TV SHOW! Get a grip-you're as far out there as your hero Neal. The only case that comes close to your "what if" scenario is the Barbara Jane Mackle case, and I'm pretty sure they didn't torture her kidnapper to solve the case.
  • Robin
Send in Sponge Bob. Oh wait, that would be torture.
  • Torture
Dear Robin and Catcher. Have any of you heard about the "terrorists" who beheaded a man alive and broadcasted it to the muslim world? Did you know the man was a US civilian traveling in a muslim country. He wasn't doing anything to anybody. So now, lets compare our "torture" methods. Sleep deprivation, womans panties on the head, loud music being played and the "dreaded waterboarding". I wonder if the young man who was butchered for an audience of lunatics would dare to offer an opinion on the matter if he could? Don't forget these are the same people who get specially prepared meals to meet their religous needs, get to keep and pray to their koran, get exercise and exposure to the sun. And what do our people get at the hands of muslims, beatings and beheadings. You two are a couple of idiots.
  • Oh, I get it.
The libertarian leaning Boortz Show rails against adult male terrorists (who kill thousands and hope and intend to kill millions), and advocates torturing them for info to stop their terrorist attacks, so that makes them the same as German socialist propagandists, who railed against, and eventually mass murdered Jewish men, women, and children (who's only crime was economic success through education and hard work). It makes me wonder how often he confuses his toilet brush with his toothbrush.

Taking the moral high road *cough* he imagines (and apparently approves) a prof at one of our top tech institutes will assign several criminal acts to be committed against Boortz to MIT students. He’s sure Boortz has mental problems (probable cause to catcher is apparently political and situational), and he’s sure Boortz would be taken off the air if they are exposed. Students are cannon fodder for his political war.
  • don't be hasty Neal...
you may have catcher all wrong. He did say you were "impressive". He obliviously just lacks the verbal skills to express his admiration for you....Hey Robin, although NCIS is one of my favorite shows, you don't really believe its real do you? Com'on in tv/Hollywood everything is solved in 60 minutes(minus 9 for comercials) or less and all the crimelabs and offices look like they have a gazillion dollar budget with investigators that make Sherlock Holmes look like a bumbling dolt.I'm sure the real FBI,CIA,NCIS have labs and facilities AND agents every bit as perfect as these actors. They just don't have as good of writers...by the way Dr. House from diagnostics called with your chart...says lifes harder when your stupid and unfortunatly there is no cure
  • One more fine mugshot
    HAHA
    you missed one Neal!

  • torture=
Reading idiotic statements from "catcher" and Robin.
  • Pssssst....hey Robin
I'll bet the islamic terrorists don't watch NCIS or The Closer. I also bet they wouldn't follow a script if you sent them one, even if you asked really nicely. Especially since their methods look more like brawn than brains.
  • Time to clean the gene pool...
Sterilize that guy before he breeds. We have enough trash in the pool.
  • Demented Liberal Logic
    (1) First off, I think "Catcher" meant to post in the gay marriage thread with his partner "Pitcher".

    (2) Liberals and their moral equivalence. Us pouring a little water over the nose of a lunatic cutthroat terrorist to extract evidence to save lives is the same as Nazi's throwing innocent Jews into a gas chamber. Seriously...are you libs that braindead?

    (3) Funny how OBumble said yesterday that it isn't moral to waterboard. Can you believe this dolt? Let's get this straight: Dunking a throatcutting terrorist in water to get information to save innocents is not moral to OBozo; however, having a doctor throw an innocent living baby who survives an abortion into a trashcan to die is not immoral, Bozo has no issues of morals then!

    (4) Robin - like the other libs on this board, get their news from comedy channels and TV shows. You mention the Closer as an example of good way to get info. How about Jack Bauer on 24?? He seems to get a lot of info he needs, and his methods are much worse than anything we did in Gitmo. Also, you should see the movie "Taken" that was recently in the theater. See how Liam Nelson handles the search for info on his kidnapped daughter.

    (5) If waterboarding a terrorist for information to save lives is bad, then the converse muust be true. We know the evidence shows that waterboarding saved many lives from future attacks. So, then, you libs must believe that saving 2,000 innocent lives is not worth it, or bad, if it means you poured some water on a scumbag terrorist. Is that the campaign you idiots want to run on?
  • Catcher (In The Rye) NOT!
Good grief! Catcher might need a lesson in forming and writing a cogent thought. Trying to read the email IS torture.
  • WWII Rbin
OK Robin...someone kidnaps your child and buries them in a box with 8 hours of air. the authorities catch the guy at hour 4. so your child has four hours of air left...what do you do? remember the life of your child is in extreme danger...do you do magic tricks (WWII illusions)? do you talk to him and ask him pretty please? do you show him reruns of the Closer and NCIS? hell no! you get out the damn carving knife... or would you let your child die just to prove that you are more highly evolved. do you realize that the Brooklyn bridge along with a multitude of people who would have been on it were saved by the simple act of pouring water up some terrorist's nose? do you honestly think the means didnt justify the end
  • Catcher
And yet he (and Robin) keeps listening. Probably forced to since Mom is a loyal listener and it filters down to the basement.
  • Ummm
Robin, you get that NCIS is TV, right? It's fiction....entertainment. I don't think Mark Harmon was available to help, so maybe that was the problem.
  • Catcher email
It's that drugged up Grodin guy ...
  • Can't Believe This Statement Was Made!!!!
By Robin @ 04/23/09 09:02:32 AM: "Anyone that watches NCIS or other shows knows that one can trick and manipulate without resorting to being a neanderthal."

I can't believe someone would actually make a statement like this, television and movies ARE NOT REAL, this is Hollywood it is made up, fiction. I think that Robin is one that lives in wonderland and also voted for obama.
  • Darn you Brandon
You stole my comment! All I have to say about Catcher is Woood ya like fries wit dat? Speaking of numbnuts..I sure hope his don't work because I'm sure he wouldn't be able to financially support a child.
  • Jeff
Is your point that the graver the threat the greater the need to become emotionally out of control and become physical? The show 'The Closer" is a good example of brains over brawn and it is more likely to get you the info you need. During WWII the US used tricks like illusions. If you can't match wits with a terrorist and all you can think of is torture then I think you aren't smart enough to qualify as an interrogator. Hollywood has enough technology and creativity to help the military trick people without making our own citizens into torturers. Use your brain.
  • Gobbledygook
I'm not sure what he is even saying.
  • Robin your string is showing.
I heard on the news this morning that the taliban are 60 miles from Islamabad and the government is collapsing. If Pakistan falls to them and they get nuclear weapons that may be used against us will you still suggest we employ NCIS tactics to obtain information? or do you prefer we do not lose entire cities?
  • catcher
Given the circumstance of having to save either their own asses or those of their family I bet every one of these numbnut liberals would opt for waterboarding or worse. this "better than thou" talk is just that...talk...and when push comes to shove they would push hard and those that won't deserve everything coming to them.
  • Hate mail freek
    Neal,
This dork probably was to lazy to get out of bed to VOTE for anyone.
  • catcher
I understand this guy is not the sharpest pencil in the box, but dang. He writes with the same proficiency as my 3rd grade daughter. Or is my daughter writing at the new current adult level...
  • Me fail english?
    That's unpossible!

Yet another guberment educated numbskull Democrat voter.
  • ?Intelligent Hate Mail?
Article question: "What do you think, folks? Did this guy vote for Obama?"
Answer: I not only believe he voted for Obama, I believe he IS Obama - off the teleprompter.
  • You know?
It sounds like he was too "out of it" to make it to the polls that morning. AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
  • What's with the leftist media?
Why does the left seem to have such a fixation on "teabagging"? It's rather telling, wouldn't you say? Heard Keith Olberman and Anderson Cooper were vying for the title of "King of the Teabaggers". Rachel Maddow is a wannabee, but she has neither the equipment (we assume), nor the inclination to participate in the contest.
  • Hate?
Neal is accusing someone of HATE speech? That's rich. If one is just fine with torture then don't be suprised if one is compared to torturers. Those of us that don't believe in it do understand the grave threats and the intensitiy of our enemies, that they do it. We believe there are more creative ways to get the information than defaulting to beating the crap out of folks. Anyone that watches NCIS or other shows knows that one can trick and manipulate without resorting to being a neanderthal. people that want to torture are so emotional that they should be disqualified from the job. intellect is better than raw emotion. no other president found it necessary to torture. the cry that 'they do it and worse!' is childish and emotionally immature. get a grip on your paranoid selves and calm down and use your brain. america sets the example for others to follow; we used to. evolve already. we should not be afraid of giving rights to enemies and using the legal system we profess to believe in. THAT sets the example for others to follow. i learned this attitude in the army years ago.
  • good grief
Catcher was smart enough to not use his real name (I'm wondering if "Catcher" refers to his sexual role). He was obviously educated in government schools, and more than likely he graduated....probably has a college degree.

    ....only in America, baby
  • Catcher's email
Do Catcher's parents know that he or she got into their computer?

    What a poorly written email.
  • It's quite obvious
It quite obvious that this clown is just another government educated Dem-o-tard Cool-Aid drinker. At least we have them to laugh at.
  • Well let's see..
The Joseph Goebels comparison is silly, but he disagrees with torture, maybe he disagrees with America pretending to be world police, and wants to see all troops come home from around the world so that America does not go further into debt. He could very well be a conservative voter.
  • Voted for Obama? Not so sure
I'm not sure this guy could have even found his polling place...Oh, wait! Maybe ACORN helped him find it!
  • extreme dislike mail (hate is a ugly word...)
Wow! instead of BLATANT Nazi reference, this dude did a SEMI-SUBTLE Nazi reference! Musta graduated at the head of his pseudointellectuality(?) class at SSU - Snarling Socialist University.
  • Surprising
Frankly, I'm surprised the phrase "hate radio" isn't in that e-mail. You must be slipping, Neal.
  • Look on the bright side....
At least he spelled Goebbels right.
