What others are saying

  • Dear "LiberalHater" I only said he is a "fool"
Once again, the value of a good "edercation" is shown by the lack of one.
  • Loved it.....
Brilliant work with the assumptions, ladies. Can't deal with what I said so draw some conclusion that I never made and call me out for it. For the last time, Hannity is entitled to his opinion but when he ... never mind. Thread is dead anyway. Coyboyup -- you think McCain is a wussie? That's harsh but I guess when you speak for "most" people in the military you must know it all.

    You girls sure are touchy.

The "torn to shreds" comment wasn't mine. It was my shadow, Club-Lib-Hater. He's developing a bit of an obsession.
  • French Trial Lawyer
Hey twit, the very fact that you actually believe Hannity is some type of "plant" to to help the Republican base shows just how much of a French moron you really are. Enough said.
  • ROTFL
Hannity has never been an objective “journalist”. He's really just a fool (as in court jester) masquerading as a journalist to entertain, motivate and exhort the base of the Republican Party. His main value is that he and his kind will virtually insure that the Republican Party continues to be demographically isolated, mabye even erased, over time by the ever-increasing minority and youth vote. This is entertainment. Let’s re-reverse Bush’s reverse-engineered Chinese communist water torture methodology: Hannity should be water boarded until he signs a paper saying “I love Jane Fonda”. Do you think he could take having water forced in and pumped out of his lungs 182 times before he signs?
  • military service
obviously doesn't carry the same prestige it used to. I say this because Mike Farrell was a Marine, and John Kerry in the Navy and they are both clueless idiots
  • I love liberals
and their absolute hypocrisy. Hannity didn't serve in the military, but the pot smoking draft dodging rapist ran off to Oxford avoiding Nam, and they have NO problem with that.......
  • I thought this thread was about Hannity
Wow, I wasted five minutes reading this and reading it again to see if some of these people could really mean what they are saying! Perhaps Gavin is Neal just pulling our legs. Good job Neal, you had us going for a while!
  • wow
whats wrong with this guy. maybe you should'nt get naked with your pets in the shower.
  • Gavin
I never trust anyone who says, "I tore those guys to shreds" in an intellectual debate.

I've learned long ago that people who say that sort of thing... probably didn't do that sort of thing at all.
  • Grodin/Hannity/military
So, Hannity was "burned" because Grodin asked him about his non-existent military experience? Does Grodin have 1st-hand experience with torture and waterboarding? If not, his "point" is moot.

And, Hannity shouldn't be listened to because he has no military experience?

If so, I suppose Obama's opinions on the subject carry no weight, either.
  • Waterboarding
As a Navy fighter pilot, part of our training involved SERE school (Survival,Evade,Resistnace,Escape). Mine was in the mountains north of San Diego. One of the many "tortures" used on us was waterboarding. It is scary but effective. There's no reason it should not be used on those who have earned it.
  • Just wanted to hear shawn say it... but now that I'm here...
Waterboarding...been there... cough, cough, done that! If someone's coming for your child and you have the opportunity to find out whom it is, you're going to do everything within your power to do so. If it's a neighbor's child, it would be your RESPONSABILITY to do so. Ideology does not equal truth. Just because you believe in something, no matter how strongly, that belief does not outweigh fact! Now all of you get back to work... we've got one hell of a debt we need to be working off.
  • Hannity has nothing to be ashamed of.
He supports the troops, and gives no aid or comfort to their enemies. That's all I ever asked, but it's far too much to ask of the dp/msm and people like gavin.

Most Service Members and former Service Members(2920 days here, none in a combat zone) respect People Like Boortz, Hannity, Rush, Cheney, and President Reagan, none of whom ever served a day, and despise Bennedict Arnolds(My apologies to Arnold for putting him in such lower company) like kerry and murtha.
  • Shredder
He's shreddin' you punks left and right!

Nobody can dispute what he say!!!

Gavin Volaire, a legend in his own mind. hahahahahahaha
  • Caterpillar
At least he didn't agree to sit in a room with a Caterpillar. Oh, the humanity.
  • LOL!
Ok, end of the day, that was funny.
  • What a bunch of wussies.
Kids get held under 'til they get a nice deep breath of water by their siblings every day, and yall are freakin over water up the nose? It can't be worse than doing a face plant on a slalom or tube going over 50.

I bet if you look up in the perverted personals of any US city, Americans are doing these things for kicks right now, like that michal faye caining.

I guess the only people it's okay to do that sort of stuff to are American Service Members in training. It makes sense though, the dp/msm don't care if other countries torture US Service members either. They must not, they haven't brought a single one to justice since WWII.
  • Gayvin
Poor pooor Gayvin. Him not too happy these days. Him upset that his viewpoint makes him look foolish.
  • idiot 2, the sequel
Sorry I didn't see your idiotic comment where you incorrectly claim Grodin didn't serve in the military, T-Hawkk. For that, you win biggest idiot in the thread! He did. And nobody said people who didn't can't have an opinion. Maybe you and Kenny should just direct your make believe arguments at one another and spare us.
  • idiots in here
Nobody can dispute what I say so they repeat back something vaguely like it then demand that I defend it, then label me with their little buzz words like hate. My point is moot because I'm a hater? That all you got? Hate is your word, not mine, Kenny. As is mislead. Enjoy arguing with yourself. Idiot.

Club-Lib-Hater -- You getting desperate for attention buddy? Posting as me now? Only you could think inteligentlie is a word. Idiot.
  • Waterboard Hannity until he calls it torture
Maybe it'll take 183 rounds, but I bet we could get the truth out of him if we interrogate him in an enhanced manner enough times :-)
  • Poor little Gavin
All you have is "Nice job on Grodin's part of pointing out Hannity's lack of service to our country".
Wow! That man get's a cookie for pointing out what the vast majority of Sean's listeners already know! Please provide quotes (not someone's article) showing Hannity misleading people.
How dare people voice an opinion without being in the military. It upsets Gavin, who seems to enjoys the juvenile idea of urinating on people he hates.
  • @By Joyce M/Blythe @ 04/23/09 11:48:40 AM
You don't know what you're talking about. I've torn these guys to shreds and they cannot respond inteligentlie. You need to be quite.
  • Moron vs Showman
Anyone who throws out things like "fascist" and "Nazi" without fully understanding what they are calling someone has already lost my attention. Not that I can take Hannity more than 15 minutes. Repeating the same thing over and over is not a good argument.
  • By Gavin Volaire @ 04/23/09 11:57:47 AM
Your teleprompter is in a loop.
    Reboot.

    ... this is fun ...
  • Joyce/John
John -- I agree. You are confused. I think it's because you trying to link waterboarding to serving time in the military. It's as if you think that's my point. Hope that helps.

Joyce -- Representing your views? LOL. Not hardly, sweetheart. Sadly for you, Club-Liberal-Hater is more representative of your views.
  • Big Africa
don't even try to get these people to understand you. when you say

"get all troops back home from the 150 countries around the world where the U.S has military presence driving its 11 trillion dollar debt"

they don't understand. they don't realize its a libertarian policy. no, they'll just assume that your an obamabot, and ridicule what your saying. that's because they're booztobot themselves.

no thinking on there own --obamabots or the bootzobats
  • Charles Grodin didn't serve either, so WTF?
Grodin didn't serve either, so how can HE have an opinion? Liberalism truly is a mental disease...
  • While not agreeing
completely with our liberal friends on this, I do think that Hannity is losing a lot of his objectivity lately. He should not have made this overly-dramatic offer for two reasons:
    1. It is not his place, job, or responsibility to be some kind of qualifying benchmark for this controversy - to act as if his experience would settle the matter once and for all. It's common knowledge that all of our special forces undergo these treatments in their training - let that be enough said.
    2. His offer diminishes the overall mission and goals of this interrogation method - turns it into a cheap carnival attraction or Fear Factor type of reality show.

He needs to cool off a bit when he starts lashing out like this, and he needs to stop leading his guests so much on his program - it's becoming unbecoming.

That being said, if waterboarding or any other non-mutilating interrogation methods continue to save innocent lives, let me know if they need any water donations or electrical wire.
  • @By Laughing @ 04/23/09 11:27:00 AM
I think you have 1 and 0 confused.
  • Gavin/Stan/Hugo
Ya'll trying your best to sound like you represent our views but you don't.

The number of people that have served in the military as a % of the population is what? We appreciate their service but no one should be knocked just because they didn't.

    Now behave!
  • Grodin
The guy wears a hat indoors & he was in the military. I wasn't, but even I know that one doesn't wear a hat indoors. Well, except Larry the Cable guy & ......
  • Service to my nation and waterboarding
I am confused. What do service to your nation and waterboarding have to do with each other? Nuttin honey! End of confusion.

I served my country for 7,214 days (19y 9m 9d) and have never been waterboarded. Most Americans have NOT served any kind of military service or been waterboarded. Ain't nuttin wrong with that, some couldn't due to a host of reasons. Some didn't want to, Okay by me. I don't see people trottin' out osamabamas military service or lack thereof, and he's the FU#*IN' commander in chief of our Armed Forces.

It is no longer a requirement to "JOIN UP." So why is that brought up in any discussion? Nothing else to say?

As to insannity getting waterboarded....ok by me but it's a waste of water.I am not a fan of his nor am i one of his many critics. He is a whiner and a blockhead but i have never heard him tell a lie. So he doesn't have a future in politics. Unlike osamabama who's entire life is a lie.

    DRIP don't return incumbent politicians.
  • re: And noone who didn't serve has the right to have an opinion?
Nice try. Not at all what I said. Why are you playing make believe? Is it because I pointed out the hypocrisy of your hero? Is that why you resorted to calling me names?

Hannity wraps his entire identity around the American flag and it's nothing more than an act. He's cashing paychecks with that act and he's never even served? The joke's on you if you think he's sincere.
  • a strange publicity stunt...
How exactly is this supposed to get all troops back home from the 150 countries around the world where the U.S has military presence driving its 11 trillion dollar debt? How is this supposed to get the American military off the Arabian peninsula so that we cut down on blowback and therefore torture? In other words if we are going to re-align ourselves with an actual conservative foreign policy rather than leftist paternal neo-con foreign policy how is this supposed to help?

Lastly...so what if Hannity wants to put himself through that, the man is the Jerry Springer of talk radio, and is one of the reasons so many Americans can't even locate Iran on a map.He supports anti-American measures like the Patriot Act and promotes political buffonry.
  • Hannity and the drug head.
    Laughing 1 ... Mr. Volaire 0
  • @By Laughing @ 04/23/09 09:55:56 AM
I think you have Charles Grodin and Rush Limbaugh confused.
  • Hannity
Maybe Sean could get waterboarded live on stage before one his Freedom Concerts! Better yet, how about a waterboarding booth for all of his fans-"We waterboard, you decide!"
  • Nice
Do you think this will stop his constant whining all the time? I have never heard someone who has never been in any struggle whine so much about nonsense
  • clu-lib
You're starting to sound like a broken record. I routinely rip you to shreds and all you can ever offer back is adding a y to my screen name. You're boring the h3ll out of everybody. Go away.
  • Charles Grodin
This man is an argumentative dunce, who didn't even read a book he's criticizing! I can't believe were losing to these guys. Volunteering to be waterboarded? What pointless idiocy. Noone is saying it is comfortable, that's why it works. Hannity isn't a terrorist.
There is no reason for him to be waterboarded. And noone who didn't serve has the right to have an opinion? What a bonehead!
  • Maybe you're right, Ben
Community Organizer is probably equally patriotic to being a loudmouth blowhard hypocrite who makes his living by duping the idiots in his audience into thinking he's "a great American" yet never served a day in the military in his life.

As much as Hannity loves carrying the water for the Republican party, there is no way that punk agrees to being waterboarded.
  • Grodin
Grodin is in his Maury Blum,CPA character from "Dave", where he thinks if he could cut this, or get rid of that, the world would smell prettier.
I would file him under another Celeb-u-twit.
  • This should be interesting...
I don't think that Hannity will change his stance on waterboarding because of this, but I do think it will help him communicate to his listeners what waterboarding is all about. I challenge ANY radio or TV talking head that talks about this subject matter to do the same as Hannity. I am sure it will be to their benefit.
  • Jesters
I want to know when jesters became advisers...
  • Hannity and the drug head.
Charles Grodin: another fine example of the drug culture.
If he sobers up and views this video, he will crawl in hole and hide for a long while.
  • Gavin,
NOTHING can possibly make a community organizer look patriotic.
  • Hannity offers to be waterboarded
Maybe he can challenge Keith Olbermann to do the same. Or, maybe one of the other talking heads at MSNBC, or CNN...

They can see who goes longer.
  • I wonder what Sean will confess to?
I wonder what Sean will confess to after being water boarded?:)
  • urineboarding
I thought Charles Grodin was going to offer to urineboard Hannity right there on the set. Nice job on Grodin's part of pointing out Hannity's lack of service to our country. And all he could come back with was my father served in WW2? LOL. That makes Community Organizer look patriotic.

No way Hannity will ever agree to being waterboarded.
  • Saw that
Charles grodin was obnoxious in that interview. Hopefully Hannity can outlast Christopher Hitchens.
  • Where do I send the check?
So does this mean that Hannity is more of a man that Boortz?
  • Charles Grodin
Is Charles Grodin drunk, or is he just a plain old Hollywood idiot? And what is Hannity doing putting a dope like that on his show? Why doesn't he just invite Barbra Streisand? At least she'd show up sober.
