Just when I thought 24 would run out of plot lines, AG Holder announces that some Gitmo detainee's "may" be released in the US. Even I could write a 24 script with this plotline. Tell Jack Bauer to pack his bag. Everybody else, stock up on ammo.

The UN is like an international version of the dp. They are sure there's no limit to what they can accomplish with someone else's money, and the scr*w up almost everything they touch. Hussein will use them (by treaty) to gain power over us, but he’s too vain to let them get the credit. He will likely do much of what they want on his own once he establishes the power. Most of the money will go to prop up failed Marxist dictatorships.

They will care about those evil rich when there’s not enough loot left to support them, and they have to get off their lazy butts to support themselves or starve. They will blame the rich for that too, cause they are too ignorant or stupid to appreciate the host whose blood they suck.

It’s sad that our government schools are so wussified and atrophied in the use of judgment (substituting policy), that cage fights for fighters(I’d make them use at least 16oz gloves) are the best idea I’ve heard out of them in decades, but it’s true. It most often causes less trouble down the line if a clear winner and loser are established in altercations, and they are minimizing the disruption and injury. There were enough Vets in Dekalb County schools when I went that knew knowing how to fight might keep us alive someday. Judgment is punished in government schools (mindless policy rules), so don’t expect kids to learn any there. Like everything else important, you’d best teach that at home.

My pup turn’s 15 in May, on my birthday. Every year, we both get our own 22oz Porterhouse, and somewhere a Cuban is crying. She get’s more beef in an average weekend than the average Cuban gets in a month (and I’m around the median income). Her health care blows theirs away too. Come to think of it, what Canadian or Brit can walk in off the street with no appointment and get a full exam, blood work, x-rays, a sonogram, consultation with a doc, and medicine, in half a day?
I’ll probably be jealous of her healthcare too, if she's around when the dp gets done ‘fixing’ ours.

In the interest of providing a permanent solution to this problem, please release the terrorists in my neighborhood. My neighbors have a mantra: shoot, shovel, shut up.

I am all for them releasing them in the neighborhoods of all the "officials" responsible for this decision. Also 10-12 in Washington, DC just for good measure...

I'm all for the release of the terrorists in the US; As long as half are placed with holder and his family in their home; and the other half is placed with obama (aka) silver tougued devil and michelle the malicious.

Since I did serve in the War on Terror I am of the opinion that I will not be safe in the US if Obama/Holder release GTMO terrorists in the US.

I know that I will either be looking over my shoulder more than I do now or I will have to leave the country. Unlike Vietnam where the Democrats made the US Military give up, if we give up here, these terrorists will come to American shores and start attacking here. They have both the means and the will to do it.

We have become such a wimpy mommy state.
When I was is high school, if we where caught fighting at school, the gym teacher took us to the gym gave us boxing gloves, and told us to go at it.
It was controlled, and usually did not last long. If we became disruptive in class we got paddled. The street thugs were expelled from school. The teachers were in control, not the students, press, or whining and crying parents.

Let's make sure they are set up in Chicago where they will fit in much better.
They may get their butt kicked out where honest citizens ready to defend themselves are living.

Yesterday I listened to Limbaugh flap his jaw for an hour and a half about Obama's teleprompter. It's really a non-story. I've already posted on this once, but figure I'll just do it again:

I think Obama learned a great lesson from Bush... use a teleprompter. Bush was the most inarticulate speaker we've had in the White House since William Henry Harrison came down with pneumonia. America needs a president that can functionally communicate after Bush mangled the English language. I wish people would get over the teleprompter thing, it only allows for an individual to deliver prepared statements while looking at the public instead of looking at a podium. It is Communications 101, and doesn't bother me a bit.

Please guys, let it go. It's part of moving from paper to electronics. If you would like to be fair, please ensure that you mention that the teleprompter is only used for prepared statements, not Q&A or townhall discussions. The talk from the right, namely Rush, alludes to Obama getting all his cues from a teleprompter, and that is simply not what is happening.

Go figure...among the list of famous alumni -- Dennis Rodman. Now, there's breadth of character!
