There won’t be peace there until the Israelis have enough and run out the arabs, Egyptians, and Syrians calling themselves ‘palestinians.’ There’s no reason Gaza can’t be a popular resort area instead of the garbage dump it is. Nor is there any reason the West Bank couldn’t be a mint for tourists. I wonder if hillary will be wearing one of those cute scarves when she visits the PA areas?
I’m fine with doling out money to Israel, it’s is the only country that even comes close to killing as many terrorists as we do (though at a steadier rate), but Lysander needs to blame carter for the fact that we pay Israel $2.6 billion a year, along with the $2.6 billion to Egypt he didn’t mention. It was carter’s ‘peace deal’ that’s cost us over $100 billion since ’79. I was all for letting the muslim’s keep losing land and armies until they were gone or had enough. I ran out of sympathy for the ‘palestinians in grade school, they can grow up or die in large numbers for all I care about the suicidal idiots.

Let me modify a statemnet. The Arab world will not accept a settlement that does not obliterate the State of Israel and at bare minimum deports the residents out of the area.
