THE BOORTZ CAVEAT

While listening to The Neal Boortz show or reading Nealz Nuze there is a strong likelihood that you will hear or read material that is critical of Barack Obama or the liberal agenda. In keeping with the dictates of political correctness it is hereby acknowledged that any critical comments by Neal Boortz, a white guy, of Barack Obama, a black guy; or any comments critical of the Democrat agenda, is, by default, hate speech.

From NBC that is .. for life. At least that is what Drudge is reporting. Coulter's new book "Guilty" debuts today, and Coulter was to appear on NBC's Today Show this morning. At the last minute she cut from the segment and then, according to some NBC insiders, banned for life. The reason? Apparently NBC wasn't too thrilled with the theme of her book - liberal media bias. Now if this next quote is true, you will enjoy it. A Today Show insider said, "We are just not interested in anyone so highly critical of President-elect Obama, right now ... It's such a downer. It's just not the time, and it's not what our audience wants, either."

Belinda tells me we have Ann Coulter scheduled for 11am ET today. Sure wish I could write like this lady.

One more thing. This is just the beginning, my friends. It's begging to look like the New York and DC media are circling the wagons around Obama. They're going to protect him big time. Remember Debra LaFave? She was the Tampa teacher who was described as "to pretty to go to jail." Well Obama is too pretty to be criticized. This is really going to be fun.

    Sorry, I love a person who stirs things up, like Neal for example. But Coulter is just too shrill for me. It's one thing to point out wrongdoings and such as she does, but it's another to do it in the shrill manner that she does, simply for the sake of attention and book sales.

    Ann Coulter’s book is not outrageous. She is part of the neo-con, zionist machine. Her books are not controversial, they are neo-con wet dreams. Read a book that’s actually been banned like “America Deceived”, not a corporate-approved Coulter ‘novel’. Don’t waste your hard-earned money on Coulter.

    It's almost like.... like they're a business trying to make money, and they've determined that the best way to do that is to play to their target demographic.

    Almost like... free enterprise?

    So hilarious how everyone wants free markets until the markets do what they don't like. Then they cry and whine.

    Newsflash: Media outlets are businesses that make money by selling adspace. Clients buy adspace based on potential viewership. If a media outlet has a target demographic that is not extreme right, it is basic business sense not to feature Coulter and thus drive away your target demographic, lose potential viewership, and thus revenue from adspace.

    There is no such thing as unbiased media. Fox News and its affiliates are not unbiased, they just have a conservative bias. Case in point: Papa Bear demeaning parents of teen mothers as pinheads, but in the case of Palin it's her own personal business that nobody should get into. Biased just like everyone else.

    It's depressing, really. Neal used to be a reliable source of Libertarian views, and not just a mouthpiece for Fox News.

    Ann represents the very thing Pelosi wants to silence.

    Congrats to you, Fox News and especially CBS! Even though CBS might not agree with Coulter's positions, comments or theories, they had the courage to put her on the air and argue their point of view. That's the way the press is supposed to operate. Those spineless, biased weasels at NBC could learn a lot from you, Fox News and the good folks at CBS.

    The media is just emboldened to show its bias that we known has been there the whole time. In the end they are just setting themselves for bailout money. Every Leftist I have come across figures life is just to hard without getting something they feel they earned from the government. The only Obama sign on my street is from a guy that has 3 houses in foreclosure as well as one judgment for almost half a mil. He was a speculator that paid top dollar for properties and did not make any payments because he was going to flip the houses. In his pathetic eyes the Government should bail him out. Who pays for this? Our grand kids? Liberals can not stand freedom of speech if that speech includes dissent. It is easier to destroy the rights and liberties of people if there is no one serving as a check or balance. Every dog has its day but we can not let the weak govern the strong and strip mine every single thing that this country was built on.

    Ok, I voted, and while I'm understanding that this is for ENTERTAINMENT only, it would get a failing grade in a high school class for response bias.

    Let's say you were to keep the current responses. You could have at least added "I'm insulted by "I'd Hit It" so that some of us would have a way to voice our opinion.

    The fact that Ann is an attractive woman is a nice bonus, but I like her wit best.

    I am looking forward to her being on the show, and hope her book shoots up to #1 and stays around long enough to really make the dumeresals at NBC look stupid.

    Oh, wait. They already look stupid at NBC, home of Chris "up my leg" Matthews.

    (And please get a security system that I don't have to enter two or three times!)
