While listening to The Neal Boortz show or reading Nealz Nuze there is a strong likelihood that you will hear or read material that is critical of Barack Obama or the liberal agenda. In keeping with the dictates of political correctness it is hereby acknowledged that any critical comments by Neal Boortz, a white guy, of Barack Obama, a black guy; or any comments critical of the Democrat agenda, is, by default, hate speech.
I know that things are rough out there, but this is when we need to be even more wary of this "spread the wealth" mentality. People are more likely to buy into the rhetoric when they are down. Just remember that it sounds good in principal (if you're not all that fond of little inconveniences like property rights) but the realities are far, far worse.
Here's what I mean, folks. How many of your saw Barack Obama on Meet the Press this weekend? I'm going to give you a few quotes from Obama, and you tell me that this guy isn't dangerous for our economic prosperity ... not to mention freedom:
"I think the important principle, because sometimes when we start talking about taxes, and I say I want a more balanced tax code, people think, well, that's class warfare. No. It turns out that our economy grows best when the benefits of the economy are most widely spread. And that has been true historically."
Know what? I would like a more balanced tax code myself. For one, I would like for more people to actually pay income taxes. How's that for balance. Right now 43% of income earners pay no income taxes at all ... and what little bit the next seven percent pay (bringing us up to 50%) amounts to about three percent of all income taxes. In the meantime the top one percent pay about 39% of all income taxes while earning about 19% of all income. That's not balanced ... so more balance sounds fine to me.
Now another Obamamabit:
" ...part of what I'm hoping to introduce as the next president is a new ethic of responsibility where we say that if you're laying off workers, the least you can do when you're making $25 million a year is give up some of your compensation and some of your bonuses ... That kind of notion of shared benefits and burdens is something that I think has been lost for too long, and it's something that I'd like to see restored."
Restored how? By government edict? What are we heading for here, government control over executive compensation? Maybe government control over ALL compensation. Yeah .. that's the ticket, isn't it? We'll let the private sector continue to own and operate the businesses, but we'll put the government in control of setting all salaries.

Under socialism the government owns the businesses. And it's not capitalism. Under capitalism ownership and control is private. So ... what's the word? You may want to get a refund from whatever University you took your economics courses at. The United States was not built on capitalism. Capitalism has played a role but, American industry has required a dynamic state sector to fund and protect it from foreign competition. Many of our most important industries were created by FEDERAL FUNDING AKA SOCIALISM/GOVERNMENT CONTROL. Industries which were created or aggressively assisted by “socialism” in the United States include; computer/technology, agriculture, pharmaceutical, aerospace, telecommunications/satellite, and industrial automation. Also the creation of the internet was NOT created by capitalism, but by federally controlled funding through the military. Only after was it then turned over to the private sector. It is frustrating to listen to you right wingers incessantly carry on about socialism vs. capitalism in the United States. You are sadly misinformed about how some of the United States’ most important industries were funded/created/fostered. It was not through capitalism.

Obama Birth and Citizenship
Why is Neal ignoring this issue? I was born in Hawaii as well, 1963. The document he submitted(certificate of live birth) is merely the copy the hospital gives the parents to apply for a birth certificate. To get a CofLB you only need to ask the hospital for it and give them basic info, for example if the baby was born in a taxi, you could ask for the form.
My parents submitted the certificate of live birth and a month later received my birth certificate. I needed a replacement recently and sent $10 to Hawaii, 8 days later got a new original, no problem. Why doesn't he just show the vault copy? Because it doesn't exist.
He was the child of a British citizen and an American citizen, born who knows where. All a moot point since a year later his Mother married an Indonesian citizen and gave up the American citizenship for herself and her children. Obama was later registered for school in Indonesia, those forms show him as an Indonesian citizen of the Muslim faith.
Bottom line, he bought the election, he isn't qualified and no executive orders he gives even if inaugurated need or shall be honored. He is a Marxist and a fascist, who after forming this "National Security Force" will attempt a coup over the United States Government.

Ethics in School?
Hah, yeah right. What schools should teach students is a very touchy subject. Just look at creationism vs. darwinism.
Ethics and budgeting will never be taught in government schools. Ethics and budgeting should be taught by parents, just like morals. I have a strong moral compass due to the way I was raised. I had morals and new about budgeting and saving money before I reached high school. Other such family life lessons should include sex education (birds&bees), personal responsibility, morals, .....(i'm not gonna keep going cause it would take too long).

Yeah, that would be a nice gesture but it is wholly innapropriate to force this sort of ethic on American's. By the way, Obama makes a nice living. Shouldn't he send some of his millions to his step brother that lives in a shack on $600 a year before he gets all preachy? It seems to me, and maybe this is just how I was raised, that one shouldn't impose ethical beliefs on others if one's own behavior contradicts said belief. This is nonsensical coming from Obama, a man who relied on small donations from the poor to raise record amounts of money to get elected, then in a frenzy, blew whatever surplus he had on a long infomercial during prime time. Why not send some of that money back? Oh, forgive me. Democrats only care about the evil rich that aren't democrats. I wonder if Pelosi will be giving some back. Or Reid. Or Murtha. Does anyone else remember Adolph Hitler was popularly elected when he first came to power? Obama did learn something from Hitler though,he didn't first try to overthrow the sitting government by force.Obama also has a plan to get the government (us) to pay for his personal army (you know, that national police force as big, powerful and well-funded as the military).

While i try not to do the whole hitler comparison thing because it usually just makes people skip your post..... i have to agree to the BASIC comparison as far as the government control and economy thing.... i dont think we will ever get nutty likke hitler... but the basis of the government i think is comparable... i dont think we will have to leave the country either lol.... at least not in fear of our lives... maybe our pocketbooks. the future does look grim indeed.
Government Intervention in Compensation Packages
Even as one who is no fan of government redistribution of wealth and one who is certainly against governmental control of all compensation, I have to admit that things have gotten a little out of hand. If a business is laying off workers because of the consequences of bad decisions, perhaps those that made those bad decisions should not be congratulated with the $25 million in salary, bonuses, and benefits. It seems to me that that might be a continuing of the bad decisions that were made in the first place. Again, I do not believe that government should control these compensation packages unless and until the company seeks my money through my representatives.
I think what we are missing more and more is ethical behavior in business and politics, although the later has not been there from the start. In a 2002 study, only 3% of people surveyed stated that they have complete confidence that execs of large corporations “consistently make job-related decisions that are morally appropriate.” What is worse is that elected government officials, the ones that the people of this country have asked to straighten things out, also only received 3%. That was six years ago and I am sure it has not improved.
Ethics are not taught in government schools and neither are budgeting and real economics, not that I would trust many teachers to do so. We have to start living ethical lives and set the example for those around us and those that come after us. We must also demand the same from those that are sent to our state capitals and Washington to represent our interests and those that lead the companies in which we invest. Government will not solve the issues. Asking corruption to solve corruption is insanity.
We as investors and citizens must demand ethical standards from businesses and government. Leaders of business that are to be bailed out should in no way be rewarded. I think it is acceptable for government to step in in these cases. However, it should be investors that demand that the board members that are elected and executives that lead should have their compensation packages tied to the success of the businesses. ----------------------------- 1 John C. Obama's Plans
Did you expect anything less? Everyone must be accountable for capitalism/free enterprise to work the way it should. That includes the boardrooms, the executives and the workers. That is not happening today. When thousands are getting laid off yet their bosses are reaping multi-million dollar packages, it is not being accountable or responsible. This should go for everyone in every position. To that end, we should be calling for the resignation of Barney Frank and Chris Dodd for helping cause the financial problems along with Bill Clinton and any other person who contributed to it. From my point of view, all of these people should be on trial now for stealing from the current and future taxpayers of America and so every American will know what a free ride really cost.
I am not in favor of Obama's plans and personally I do not watch him because he just gets on my nerves, but he is suggesting the only plausible action to get things right. Go to Carl Ichan's website and check out what he says about the chronyism in the boardroom. When people do not do what is right, the pendulum swings the other way. We did not have labor unions at one time but everyone agrees they were needed and why - owners did not do the right thing. Now it is the labor unions who are taking advantage of the American taxpsyer. Treat people right, do the right things and all of this goes away - that goes for individuals and corporations.

Melissa Etheridge
Watched Melissa Etheridge's Christmas special on tv last night. It was pretty good. The guitar solo on "O Holy Night" would put cold chills on a corpse. However, there she stood with her Obama change button. And when she talked about how the American people have risen up to make a better world by electing The Saviour, it almost made me turn off the set. The croud cheered wildly. That bunch may have drank the kool-aid if asked.

The Dear Leader is following exactly in the path of (dare I say) HITLER. This is not hyperbole. Hitler was a fascist, not a socialist (even though his party name, NAZI, included the word Zosialist). He made a strong distinction between traditional socialism and "national socialism" (fascism being the correct term). He was adored by the multitudes, played the race card, played on wealth envy, had many far leftist friends (where did the idea of him being on the right come from? could not be further from the truth), and was elected in a normal, fair election (at least for Chancellor). It all started going downwhill from there. I'm taking a cue from those who fled Germany while it was still possible. I'm leaving soon as I can wrap up my affairs here. You guys are hosed. It was inevitable that his economic plan go one of two ways: Marxist or Fascist. I still think that Comrade Chairman Obama will try to steer us toward Marxism with a Stalinist twist. Yes, fascism is private ownership with govt. control, but once this bailout gets into high gear and more of the greedy and criminal heads of these failing businesses unwittingly fall prey to govt. "assistance", the more they will play right into the hands of the Marxists. I commented during and after the campaign that I had never seen someone who was so upfront with his agenda of wealth redistribution achieve national office with such little opposition. OoPE Obama never hid his agenda, he may have couched it in flowery language, but he never ran from his ideas. We keep hearing in the news how moderate he is looking, but his rhetoric hasn't changed.
