This is fairly tame
Compared to some of the other things you'll find out there on the web reguarding anthro-animals. Take a look around for the name "Furry" which will make most people shy away or blanch entirely. Sex amongst anthros in artwork is very commonplace as is conventions for people who enjoy this kind of subject matter.
Now the other side of that coin is, on the internet you can choose what subject matter you want to see. If I were watching a public network and that came on in front of my kids, I'd be going after the network to have that removed.
