The New Format sucks. What's the point in having ads if I no longer come to your page to read you newsletter.
Have you looked at your webtraffic lately since you changed the format.
Its got to be down!!

This used to be my first site of the morning but no longer. Whoever the powers that be are, make sure they are reading these comments. Considering this is a site that people come to read, never a good idea to have the content this constrained. The company I work for blocks all add so the entire right column is just a big black bar. go back to the out format, please.

Positve that archive links I'm looking for are easier to find.
But the negatives out weigh that.
I don't even like the comments. Who cares what we have to say. I get on here for what Boortz says. It's more interesting, even if he is full of crap a few times.

The new format for the current day Nuze is cumbersome but usable - the old format was certainly better. The bigger problem is that I can't miss a day. I like being able to go back a day or two if I was traveling and catch up. having to go through each individual thought one by one is terrible.

I wake up every morning before I even sit up I roll over, grab my smartphone and read the Nuze. Not anymore though,your site no longer works on my Treo smartphone.

When I'm reading the Newz now the ads are nowhere to be seen. HOw is that a better format for them. I see no sense in this awful new format. My friends 10 year old could do better.

The new format wouldn't be all that bad if they would extend it all the way to the right margin. Too many websites like to limit the page width and it is extremely annoying.

If someones house has and odor, I let them know; and if they don't fix it, I don't visit. Your wesite stinks, NOW FIX IT!!!!!!!!!!

Re the "new format"- the idiot(s) whom forced it down y'all's throats should be drawn, quartered, and fed to a wood chipper (not necessarily in that order). It is REALLY getting tiresome, what with all the moronic programmers out there that CANNOT LEAVE WELL ENOUGH ALONE. I am sick and tired of "improved applications" that are LESS USER-FRIENDLY than the original that works just fine, thank you! Perfect example- Microsoft. Their pinheads keep adding more and more unadulterated BS to Windows with each new software release, culminating in the FUBAR called "Vista". It's time to put the kabosh on this BS now. Tell the dimbulb(s) whom screwed-up Neal's Nuze to put it back the way they found it, STAT! Or tell us whom the culprit(s) are and we the readers can hold a little necktie party to make sure the moron(s) never do something like this again.

There are lots of things I could say about the new design. None of them good and almost all would involve profanity. The layout is terrible, ads are too big (note to advertisers - I won't do business with any of you until the site is fixed), it looks amatuerish, you can no longer see an entire page in the archives but have to pull up each section individually, which means I won't read the archives anymore if I miss a day.

Which continuing education class did the new design? I started to say high school class, but they would have done better work.

Anyone that knows anything about website development knows that a page with an advertisement window that is almost as big as the content is amateurish at best. To add to it, the advertising window is 80% blank as you scroll down the page, because you have to now that that the advertisement is too large.

Poorly done and I think Neal should post the name of the company that did this design so no one else will make the mistake of hiring them.

Keep up the good work Neal and Crew and I hope that some of your teams intelligence oozes over to the web developer, but, I doubt it.

Please bring back the old format! The new one is awful. It's too segmented! You cannot get a "feel" for the "mood/outlook" of the day. PLEASE!

Look, if you need us to click on the ads to help support the cost, just say so.
But when the ads are bigger then content and the rest of the site I fear I will just no visit any longer.

I hope you get enough comments for the advertisers to listen to the people! This is hard to read; the font is too small, and the layout is boring.

Thumbs DOWN! The old design was clean, fast and easy to read. The archives under the new format involve too much clicking. Less is more. KISS and all that.

I only made it about half way through the Nuze before clicking away from the site. Hopefully it changes back or no more Nuze for me.

Personally I think it stinks - but your advertisers love it - much LARGER area for them. Will probably scan more than read since your comments area is so small now.

Ok, my initial thought was I hate this. I read the Nuze on my mobile and the new format makes it terrible because of the spacing. But the weird thing is, some of the sections have single spacing (GREAT on the mobile) and others have 1.5 or double spacing (BAD on the mobile).
Reading on the laptop, I still don't like it but that could just be because something familiar and comfortable isn't familiar anymore. Maybe we'll get used to it.
One thing I don't think I'll get used to is all the blue. From a reader's perspective there is far to much BLUE. The headers, blog crap (comments, permalink, trackbacks) and links are all blue. Half of what you see is blue.
Tweak the format and this could work. Yes, I don't like all of the extra space, but could get used to it. But the fact that it's really hard to just scan for headlines vs links to supporting content is annoying.
Content is still awesome!

the comments are cool, but the system is clunky. subjects are useless and user accounts would be nice. jalopnik's system is great. make whoever designed this check it out. heck, a comment of the day section and a way to vote on good comments would be great too.

Check the comments and scroll down to Craig's... He hit the nail square on the head! The ads are overbearing and obnoxious in size. But then maybe the empty white space on the far right should be moved over to the far left so those in favor of the fairness doctrine will have room for their comments..The bean counters may like it and the sponsors, but if no one returns to this page any more what will it have accomplished?

New format is awful. Fully one-third of the screen is empty and everything else is crammed together and hardly readable.

I read Neal's Nuze almost every day. I even go back and read those I missed when I am on vacation. I have to say, I am not a fan of this format. The comments are alright (now I am going to spend more time on the site everyday, I'm sure... although I'm not sure I have more time to spend)... but the white space is simply ridiculous. Tell the "powers that be" that this is too small of text, too much scrolling and too much white space. Seriously. Do better.

Not very easy on the eyes at all. Plus, I have a 20" monitor or almost half of it is not being used now. At least put the Nuze in the middle and the ads on both sides. That would sure look better.

This new format is horrible.

I don't always get to read the Nuze each day. I don't have a Boortz broadcast in my area. Sometimes I get behind with the Nuze and go back to it days later. Then I save the comments and reading assignments to my computer to read at my leisure.

Now while I can still locate the reading assignments easily, Neal's comments are broken into issue segments rather than all on one page. This is too much to have to click on each issue and save, remember, I don't have the time alraedy.

i don't mind the adds but bring back the 1 page commentary by Neal.

I used to read Neal's Nuze every day on my cell phone since I am on the road all day (gotta pay the bills). The new site is totally incompatible with all of the browsers available for my Symbian S60 phone. Could you at least consider offering a mobile version of the website?

Use the beta AdBlock add on for firefox. It stops the google ads! Unfortunately the column width still sux!

Good, I'd sell the space on my *** for an extra buck. This is also a better way for your "viewers (those that don't get the Boortz show yet)" to post comments. I have emailed your show too many times and felt my comments floated away into the ether...

Well, the comments are nice cause it lets me voice my opinion! What I find bad about this change is that the website now only uses half of my 22" wide screen monitor.

A couple other things - you had "Afterthoughts" for a while but I don't recall it recently, is that going to come back?

The ability to add comments is a great addition.

The spacing for the ads is terrible. It uses WAY too much space on the page. Hell, the ad column is bigger than the content section....a terrible layout!

The format is pretty bad - more ad space then content. On a positive note, at least you can resize the browser to trim out the ads on the left.

Another good news column falls victim to the ubiquitous, generic, undifferentiated blog paradigm.

Now Neal's Nuze is homogenized and indistinguishable from all the other web content. Formatting does matter, people! Ever open a magazine? It doesn't look like a blog, because blogs are about as visually stimulating as the stock listings in the financial section of the paper.

OK, it sucks, but the content is the same and that's what counts. I didn't like the archives changes, however, because of the multiple links to a given day; it was much more efficient before.

It sucks but I know why they did it. Give more room to the advertisers!!

My hat is off to the web wench and Balinda and all those involved with this new format. I think it's great! I can't believe someone would make a big deal about the width of a stinking column. The content is there in black and white. Who gives a rat's a#& about how wide the column is? Now we have feedback from the folks who listen to you every day! Giving their thoughts about your thoughts. I just feel sorry for the people who have to read every post to make sure it's worthy of posting. I hope you've given them all a big fat raise. I used to read every word of the news and visit the sponsors. Now I'll probably just skim the headlines and to he** with the sponsors - I've never like advertising shoved in my face and refuse to patronize those that do it.

BRING THE NUZE BACK AND I'LL GIVE THE SPONSORS MY BUISNESS!!! And I'll make sure they know I'm giving them my money BECAUSE the NUZE was put back to normal. Change is necessary, but this is horrible. Just driving was away.

Basically, the format is C.R.A.P.
Columns - The 3 type columns are typical but the middle column should be set to 100% and the container should be 100%. That way the middle column will MOVE according to the vistor's monitor settings.
Response - LOVE that will can leave a response now! :-)
Alignment - WAY off and too narrow for large screens which MOST people have.
Proximity - The ads are too close to the content and is over bearing.

I get that Ads are necessary to pay the bills, but when the ad space is larger than the content, it ruins the experience.

I love the ability to comment on each individual topic, but the ad column (or frame as it appears) is just too overbearing. Cut the ad column's width by 25-50% and everything is solved.

How funny that so many people took advantage of the new comments capability to voice their displeasure with the new setup! Scanning through the comments, the general consensus is IT SUCKS. Sure, doing comments is cool. But whoever did the screen layout must still be using an 800x600 VGA monitor. Difficult to read, I hate it.

Your site now appears like a column from a tabloid newspaper, good ads but poor columns. It is best to give the ad guys a line going across the page, with good horizontal lines.

I used to be able to go to archives - and read up on the days I missed. Now I have to click back and forth 5 or 6 times to get that day's Nuze. Can you please make it so we can get a full day's worth of Nuze on 1 click to the archives?

I like the Nuze, so I will still read it every day, but I don't like the layout. I suppose we will get used to it. You will get used to veing hit on the head with a hammer if you do it long enough.

There is one advantage to this format. I can now put sticky notes on the right quarter of my screen to see what I should be doing without blocking any of the Nuze.

WORST FORMAT EVER

This is too hard to read for the old people like me. the ads are no problem, I use IP-Cop and it blocks all of them.

Isn't it funny how big business owners and managers seem to run things in their companies much the same way that Generals run the military. "Here is a New Uniform. You will like it and wear it". Even though it is not functional and is far to heavy for the desert climate. Take this web page and shove down your listeners throat because we know better than you what they like or need.

Way too much scrolling and wasted space on the right. Tell management that my workaround is to copy the content into email document and read with a column width of my choosing. (Oops, that way I miss the advertizements completely.)

I'll still visit the site. But, I'll be less tolerant of the typ6os and gramatical, errors.

Really? Seriously? Who designed this? Was this a pet project and someone let their first year design student kid put this together? Disjointed and hard to read. The old version was easy to follow. The scrolling for this new version is giving me carpal tunnel syndrome. Wonder if there is government hand out for that? PLEASE widen the reading portion of the site. A paragraph 10 words or so wide is BEYOND irritating...!!!

Can not get links to work...why am I not surprised?

Forgive the tech-speak, but the problem is the center doesn't resize when the browser is maximized. Folks with anything greater than a 1024 pixel wide display setting sees nothing but whitespace on the right. This can be fixed by making the content column resizable (warning, more tech-speak - just leave the width off the TD tag).
Then it won't matter what display width they have.

Why try to fix what is not broken. Now you've got a broken format that needs to be fixed. Has the fed governmnent bought your station?

On a scale of 1-10, with 10 being the best, this is a 2.

The LOOK of the page is ok, but whoever forced this on you needs to get their act together and adjust the sizes. There is enough space to the right of the advertising column to fit the advertising. I'll ask my wife (she designs websites) but I'm pretty sure that this can be made to self adjust the size of the center column so the page fits everyone's screen. Have Webwench beat the CIO over the head with his laptop until he figures it out!

Why do you want to make me scrunch the page to cover up the overwhelming space set aside for ads?

I read your site for the content, and until now I didn't mind reading the few ads that coexisted on the page. I don't like finding myself seeking out that content in a narrow column visually competing with the rest of the busy page for my attention. I think you are fooling yourselves that you can keep people reading a narrow column which now occupies less than half of the available space on an arbitrarily narrow page width. I would guess that you have set the narrow page width to "guarantee" advertisers that they will get prominent visual space in any displayed page because there will no longer be any viewer capability to re-flow the page to a comfortable content viewable size.

Ugh. The advice to convert the readable page to its printer friendly format does work though. Just requires more work on my part.

Go back to the viewer friendly format.

This must be the fairness doctrine creeping in already-trying to drive away your audience. The same people that did this must have run the McCain campaign into the ground. I like the blog look but this is almost unreadable.

It's loud and distracting. It doesn't stretch to fit larger, high resolution screens. this would have been a great site in 1997 before people know how to actually design functional webpages.

I don't have time to read everybody else's responses but I hope they're all complaining that nearly a quarter of the screen goes unused on the right side.

The new format is terible. The ability to add comments and the RSS feed are nice, but how can you have so much blank space? The ad border on the right and the border on the left are larger than the area for content. How about moving the ads to the left (when you actually get some) in a larger border and increase the width of the content? Just a thought.

Your graphics desingner needs to be flogged immediately! You have a right panel with a couple things and the blank space propagates down the whole page. At least have it open right below the last right panel add.

If you scroll all the way down to the bottom of the Nuze, there is a link that says "view as printer friendly". Click there and all you get is the content, no ads at all, filling the whole screen. Also you can zoom in and out by holding down the CTRL key and pressing the "+" or "-" key to get it almost exactly your screen width.

Half of the vertical screen is dominated by blank white columns. You can't make money with white space, nor can you expand the text to fill the white space. It stinks!

Fortunately, we can complain about it now.

Despite what others have said, everything works fine in Firefox for me. If it doesn't work for you, do you have the newest version(3.0.3)? Firefox lets you zoom in by holding down CTRL and pressing the "+" key. Press as many times as you need till the ad column disappears. (The "-" key zooms back out if you zoom in too much.) I have the content part zoomed in filling 3/4 of my widescreen monitor at a very readable text size, and I can't see the ads at all. I do this on a lot of web sites with ads on the right.

Narrow text makes the eye have to work harder. It is giving me a headache.

Whoa, jsut noticed that the Add a comment section is at the top of the comments, and the comments are presented in inverse time order. I know that some sites do this, but most sites read from the top down, and therefore have the comments at the bottom. Maybe you should take a poll on this one.

Typical managment decision. Some 'Expert' told them to 'fix what ain't broke'. Terrible format and I been designing websites/portals for 15 years. Poor at best.

Also, your Security Code block is too damn small. Almost unreadable.

The new format would be OK if it FILLED THE SCREEN!!!!!!!!! Instead less than 1/2 is "The Nuze" and the rest is ads, and blank/white space, etc.

The format looks okay on my IE7 browser, but the font size is way too small, and I can't change it with the IE7 View/Largest font size commands.

Folks - you all should have seen this coming. CHANGE hass finally gotten to the Neal Boortz show. It seems fairly obvious to me that the suits at WSB are going to be looking for some of the bailout money and needed the room on the right to fill in with ad space. CHANGE to the libertarian lawyer with a penchant for mocking the system, and the people who derive their pleasure from the auspices of stupidity was not necessary. This web page was just fine in the old format. Neal. It is your duty to your fan base to NOT appease the men in the ivroy towers who are trying to make average seem great. Go upstairs (or wherever) and fight for your privelage to have your page any darn way you (and us) want it. The restt of America seems to have forgotten the fact that we fought to make this country great and now we apparently want the handouts to begin. I, for one, refuse to take this handout from WSB and want the older format page back. - keep the content - the author - the support staff - the ads (if you must) - but dang it - in a time of CHANGE can't we expect some things to stay as normal (at least as normal as Neal gets)?

What was wrong with the old format? This new one proves the old adage that just because someone comes up with a different idea, that in no way makes it better. Old is not always good, but in this caseit was much better.

Overall,it is lousy!.
The good is the addition of th ecomments section.
The bad is what everyone else is mentioning in that 50% of my screen is blank, the type is smaller and I am continually scrolling to read the Nuze. I'm not sure what the space is for, I don't see a single ad there. Maybe my browser or firewall software is deleting it. If there were any content on the right 1/3rd of the screen I might be able to see justification in this format, but as I see it, it just looks like a massive formatting problem on the part of the web designers.

MovableType is a great platform and very customizable. And I like being able to comment and link with the new platform.

Once again, we see web formats coming from the print media. Anyone who has any sense of web design does NOT hard-code the screen width. They could have used units like percent and "em", and allowed the user to dictate the amount of space and the font.

It is obvious that the ads are now considered the content, and Neal's Nuze is just teaser stuff to lure us to the "content". However, I do like the permalink option and the comments sections. That part's nice.

I'm thankful for Firefox and the AdBlock extension -- the right side is just a blank area, no obnoxious flashing, garish ads for me!

It looks to me like the Advertising on the right is being forced on us! The good stuff in the middle is not wide enough. Also the archives are now by subject and not just by day. Maybe it should ask for screen size before squeezing everything into oblivion. On the plus side the comments addition is fantastic!

The new format of the website is not good - too busy. Don't fix what's not broken. Hope you change it back.

I See you've gone all-CSS. That's a plus for the web people (I know, I'm one!) because of the simplicity of change it allows.

My suggestion is to make the column on the right narrower. But that's about it.

It's about time you turned the news into a standard format. Standard meaning bloggish with comments.

The layout and desing needs serious help though. It's not very usable.

Put all of the crap (links etc) in the sidebar since it is secondary.

Website is hard to read, and you have to click a few links just to read the comments. I was mad about having to hear every Ahole with an opinion but after reading these it gives me a few laughs.

The the person what inflicted this narrow layout with all these 'links' needs an honest education in ergonomics..... with special attention to the chapters dealing with audio/visual recognition. To make it simpler to understand.... Why are auto-mobile speed indicators a graphic angular representation rather than digital? For a FASTER recognition & understanding rather than consistant interpolation (that's right 'interpolation' not 'interpretation') Noah 8-?

Not afraid of change. Interactiveness of the site is a dramatic improvement. Yes, tweaking will be required, but the concept is acceptable. (And I am "very surprised" to be - once again - finding myself swimming upstream in the flow of popular opinion.) Instant gratification, like any other "instant" concept, is over-rated.

Too narrow. Let the browser wrap the lines - PLEASE. Over half the page is now blank on my wide screen monitor. I believe narrow format users auto-wrap anyway.

In this time of change, it's interesting how the content of NealNuze has moved "Center-Left" on my browser page. Perhaps this change will placate the incoming FCC Gestapo Ministers for a brief time. The Right hand side of the screen has a few ads, although not overly free-market oriented; the majority of the Right is blank. I've been reading your nuze for years now and I have to say this is the WORST THING EVER! I venture to say that most people coming to your site are coming strictly for your views on the issues, and are not interested at all in being targeted for any type of advertisement.

Font too small, need reading glasses, didn't before.
Advert column on right way too wide--I use NoScript with my Firefox3 browser, so I don't see the ads anyway.

I'm here for the information not the aesthetics! Until reading becomes an insurmountable hurdle I'll keep coming back. Everybody love to complain, "I'm never reading your page again until you change the format back." How will you know if the format is changed then?

I agree there are horrible usability issues but I think that they will eventually be worked out, if not then people who care will deal with it and those who are too lazy to scroll and click will fade away. You didn't really care about the lazy people anyway...

This new look is horrid. I use Firefox normally and found the same problem that someone else found. Comments don't work in a real browser. On a Mac I had to use Safari (ugh!) to post this.

I've designed sites before and this is not good. No CSS designer with good sense would leave all that blank space with borders on the DIVs to like this.

Neal, I read your site every day, without exception. I'd rather read plain text than look at this. Please (!!!) tell the powers that be that this whole thing need to be rethought, or offer a printer-friendly version that can be downloaded and read without the horrid look.

You have about a week before I quit my daily routine of checking the NUZE!!

The fact that we can comment is great, but really, get whoever is in charge to expand the page horizontally. You've lost almost 1/2" of the space you used to take up. If you want ads, put some farther to the right, or put them in-line.

I understand the idea for the format change and I am sure that you will be getting plenty of feedback through the comments feature for many different stories and opinions, but someone should really reconsider the formatting of the page. Between the links and item list in the left column and the ads that have a MUCH bigger presence on the right column, the body of the page has been squeezed down, so that it is no longer the primary focus of the page. The ads on the right side are, along with the huge amount of blank space. I think this idea can work and work well, but someone has to rework the format of the page as a whole, or this will hurt readership in the end.

Change is always difficult - we will get used to this because it really isn't that important. I am afraid i can't say that about the change in our federal government

Don't mind the new layout, except for the very limited content space, the ad's are a bit big (over power the content - which is why a visit the site), and it does allow for resizing in the browser.

Not to be rude about it, but Fark and Digg both have idiot posters and that it what makes the threads so much fun to read. Your listeners, not so much. And that stupid security code has got to go, let us make accounts if we want to post, it will be better.

With accounts though force a 24 hour delay for posting comments, otherwise you will get bombed with crap everytime you make MoveOn.Org or any of the nut jobs mad.

I like the new underlying format, but from a design prospective the content should start at the edge of the gray panel on the left to the full length on the right. Make the header and footer resize on window size and place the ads in between each blog/comment.

BTW, I don't see any of the ads anyway because I use FireFox with AdBlock Plus.

This new site was obviously designed buy a bunch of amateur web designers who are clueless about user ergonomics. Your text is way too narrow of a column which makes it harder to read.

My screen resolution on my laptop is 1920 x 1200. That means that your column is down to 1/5th of the width of the screen. I feel like I'm in a funnel.

Won't stop me from reading your nuze, but it's pretty pointless considering I don't think I've ever clicked on an online advertisement since I started surfing.

I like it- being able to read comments and leave your own will add alot. Of course, now it will take me twice as long to get through the "nuze". Not nessacarily a bad thing.

I think the format is ok, but it would really help if the main body were just a little wider. It would make everything seem a little less busy. 1st, the ads are obnoxious, and since I don't live anywhere near Atl will never call them even if they were perfect. It would be nice if the frames were resizable so I can minimize them and I know this can easily be done.
I also agree with another comment that if this gets labeled a blog site the network filters will block you at work.

I have to say the old format was easier to read and while this one leaves mucho room for ads, I find it less pleasing to the eye. Having said that, I do like the comment section. :)

I'm a web programmer, and this is downright ugly. a couple inches for the nuze and the rest of the screen is an empty void. At least in opera I can size it to fit my monitor bettr, but don't try that with flock, chrome or safari, it actually makes the text area smaller.

I love the RSS feature. But this could have easily had the same layout as the last website. No need to change things up. I integrate blogs into websites all the time, but I conform the blog to fit into the existing site. Not the other way around. Oh well, at least you are still on the air.

Keep up the great work, Neal! I'm unable to listen to most of the live show but I do try on a daily basis to tune into the overload hour and the Jamie Dupree spot. Your show notes are a great source of knowledge and will continue to reference them despite the new format. You really need to stand up to the sales IDIOTS who have turned your success into a sunday paper insert. First it was the stupid roll-over ads - now large annoying car dealer ads. Not a big fan. The use of the screen makes reading more difficult. Also, leaving a comment does not seem to work with Firefox but does work with exploder. I hope you change back or at least fix what you are stuck with now since this is definitely broken.

Good grief. Now the ads are bigger than the content. Wonderful! Makes me want to visit the site. Oh yea! Seriously, please reduce the ad size. I understand the concept of updating a website, but this change is nothing except annoying.

The new format stinks. My eyes are about to pop out of my head because of the constant right/left movement. I understand the need for advertisement, but how about a little more space for what I really come to this site for. Thoughtful, mind-enlightning, in-depth analysis.:)

The new format comes across as impersonal and sterile. It has the feel of reading a pamphet.

Actually, the new format would be ok if the Web Wench can figure out how to use the entire screen. Almost half the screen is blank. However, rather than put addition content in that blank space, I'd prefer if you spread the Nuze out more so we don't have to scroll as much to read the Nuze.

Glad the readers can now comment. I'd like to see Neo-Libertarians like myself comment on a Libertarian friendly site. Both parties are involved in a socialist/Communist coup of our government. The tenth amendment needs immediate resusitation. Enact the FairTax, and give power back to the people.

First the main reason for coming to the site is to get your NOTES and ideas of things to research. Your notes are dwarfed by the size and number of ads running.

Also there is an escape character issue on this layout. the user should not see DONT&39;T

Also when adding comments, it would be easier for the "Add your Comment" section to appear below what I am commenting on. Why have it at the bottom of the page? below the footer or other stuff. If a user needs to refer back to the note they have to scroll up the screen. Also if you didnt know the comments were at the bottom when you clicked "comments" you would be lost if you didnt scroll the screen.

I understand the ads in this economy :)

This is absolutely ridiculous, one of the worst site designs I have ever seen. I will no longer be reading this daily. Neal - if you let them get away with this travesty I will be mighty disappointed in you. This is crap, crap times infinity.

The new website has more space for the ads than the content; and it's a whole lot more difficult to read. I guess iut's just a matter of priorities.

I don't so much mind the comment links, but is it possible to return the column width to a normal page size? The advertisements would be much more effective if they were embedded within the notes rather than appear only at the top of the page.

I gotta agree, Neal, the new format sucks. I much preferred the original format.

The new format took me by surprise. But, after having browsed through the Newz I came to like it. I also like the ability to add and review comments. To those who hold the purse strings - good job, so far!

Frankly, the reason I come to your site isn't the ads. Ads are OK, we're a capitalist society, etc., etc....

BUT - to be frank, you need to give your content a bit more SPACE! Hey! Ad guys! You want someone to SEE YOUR ADS? Make them SMALLER - in this case, less is better.

Neal: I don't always agree with you, but I enjoy drinking my coffee and reading your nuze page. Nealz Nuze always gives me great info to combat the false garbage of my leftist friends. Keep up the good work.

Sucks. Now there will be a lot more scrolling just to read the entries. If they want ad space, put them at the top, or better yet, at the bottom. Not that I click on ads anyway. The Nuze should remain in wide format.

Not crazy about the new format. Mainly I work on a very large screen and the new format is not resizable. I am all in favor of you guys charging confiscatory rates to your advertisers and giving them a little more room for their messages but make the darn window resizable so that I don't have a 5 inch blank space when I look at the site in full screen mode.

Neal at least we can now be amused by what the Daily Kos crowed and the DU comments! Of course you could always delete them as they do with our comments, but of course we will be called Nazi's while they are freedom fighters!
