What an awful situation for the wife. It would entirely depend on my relationship to my spuse to make that kind of a choice. Both choices, in my opinion, involve a death that i would have direct responsibility from preventing, so I can not get out of that dlemna with either choice. As a result, I would choose my spouse based on the value that that life has been to my life rather than choose to place the value on a life that hasn't yet affected my life. I truely believe if there is a God that judges, my motives will be found sincere.
