Ed relates his encounter with government officials:

4 days after your book signing this happened to me.

Well, I knew it was only a matter of time. On 4/3/07 I was attempting to make a delivery to a Jefferson parish Government building in Gretna La, when a Gretna police officer on duty told me that I couldn't park on the back freight loading doc. I had parked their twice before with no objections. I was instructed then to go park 200 yards away, behind a Jefferson Parish Police car and a N.O.P.D. car that was parked on the street next to a NO PARKING sign. (Imagine being instructed to do something illegal by a police officer.) After the delivery, I asked my contact person (a parish employee) why would the officer say that? He said that he didn't know. So we went and asked the officer. He stated that councilmen upstairs did not like my political signs on my van. I turned to my contact person and thanked him for the order, and that I wouldn't be doing any more business with them.

THEY are not going to like my next sign
