KSM was not tortured according to the Geneva Convention. They could have cut off his legs and it would still not be considered torture. There are no rules for prisoners caught out of uniform. They are considered spies/terrorists. The normal POW rules do not apply at all. They could lock him and all the other GITMOs away forever and no laws will be broken.<br> As for the trial in NYC.
