The better question is why wasn't it done years ago under Bush? Why didn't he take care of business instead of just handing his mess over to the next administration? And guess what.... now instead of a cowboy from Texas, we have an apologetic, bowing liberal who thinks he can make polical hay by letting this low-life enjoy the benefits of the US courts -- something he certainly does not deserve.
