The only difference between the 11 year old in Bulgaria and the unwed teenages in Atlanta, is that the girl in Bulgaria got married. Hopefully her husband will support his wife and child. In Atlanta, and across this country, the taxpayers are supporting the children born to unwed teenages, from cradle to death. If you don't see the correlation between children born to unwed teenagers and crime and homelessness, you are just not admitting it. I never hear a politician, community organizer or a minister in the city of Atlanta, including Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson, talk about educating the young girls on protective sex and getting an education and doing something with their lives.
