If there are republicans who still support something as Anti-American as the Patriot Act then they are extremists. The moderates are the ones who want the Republican party to pay attention to the constitution. In fact its a good marker for me that if any Republican politician is in favor of the patriot act,amnesty,policing the planet to the tune of bankruptcy, or fighting wars against countries that have no ability to threaten the American mainland, then they are extreme and not moderate. Until Lyndsay Graham is prepared to listen to Ron Paul..and the idea of following the constitution, he just can't be taken seriously.
