Joyce -- I reviewed the proposed legislation, and you are correct. It says the maximum premium for those with pre-existing conditions would be 150% of the standard preminum. So, I stand corrected.<br> <br> Of course, the devil is in the details, but it seems like a pretty good start for a Republican bill.
