I would only tend to disagree wit you on one tiny point – despite what people may think, jerky doesn't have that long of a shelf life – at least according to the 'use by' dates on the package.<br> <br> And at least in comparison to other foods you may want to stock up on, it good, but don't plan on it lasting as long as other staples.
