Please reread the following: "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."<br> <br> Please notice that it mentions Freedom of the Press and Freedom of Speech. IT DOESN'T MATTER IF IT IS OPINION! If BO respects the constitution (and he is supposed to be a constitutional lawyer!) he has to respect their right to put forth the news or their opinion. Also there are plenty of precedents, going right back BEFORE the US Revolution, to allow FOX to not bother to make the distinction. It is up to the readers/viewers to decide, for themselves and ONLY for themselves, if it is news or opinion, not the President and not his minions! <br> <br> While BO and his Congressional pets haven’t technically violated the Constitution by making a law, can any of you liberals be honest enough to admit that the WH behavior toward FOX on the Feinberg interviews is equivalent? I doubt it, that would be admitting that conservatives and moderates deserve the same rights and I’ve yet to see that from those of you invading this site.
