He takes credit for the good intentions of his actions, and blames Bush for the failures.<br> <br> <br> "... as long as you know you're doing it for other people". <br> <br> Oh man, where do I begin with this? Basically, it's OK to loot on someone else's behalf... is that it?<br> <br> I have a hard time believing this whole event was spontaneous. Taking questions from children is always a stunt for the cameras, and Barry's answer seems too practiced for a spontanous off-prompter moment.
