Those who have undergone mastectomies due to breast cancer have occasionally chosen to have reconstructive surgery. Fat under the skin is fat under the skin, but some ladies choose to have the skin in the center tattooed to match the tissue that was removed. Psychologically, if nothing else, I'd think that might very well be an enhancement.<br> <br> That being said, I found I could not keep a straight face when presented with a picture of a tattoo which said, "No one can jugde me but God."
