Hi Neal I don't like you!!!<br> This policy in Tucson is what wrong with many of our school systems. If you do the crime accept the punishment. Race or gender should not be a deciding factor but it is in many schools. My son attends a 90% white school in GA many of the Black students are disciplined for wearing revealing clothes due to their body types (i.e. curves) many of their white class mates wear the same revealing clothes and are not punished. I have seen white teenage girls at school with pajamas and flip flops on and wonder what is going on. School discipline needs to change and pickup an educational aspect to it no more iss or detention where the kids are listening to their ipods.
