This is the problem. Like she said, these are all supposed to be listening events. Meaning they should be listening to us. Instead they want to tell us "what we all agree on". No you don't know what we agree on because you haven't listened for years!<br> <br> Don't start out a meeting with that attitude, you'll get nothing but irritation and anger in return.
