It's a good thing Neal knows he is capable of being wrong, because he is wrong on this one. And normally he is on the right side of this fight... the side of Rule of Law.

I honestly haven't followed this thing enough to know the minutia but I do know that I learned in High School in 1967 that The United States of America is a Constitutional Republic, not a Democracy. We are supposed to be following the rule of law, not popular opinion. If it matters enough to be in the Constitution (Art II, Sec. 1: "No person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President;...") it should matter to all of us. Based upon its inclusion into the Constitution, the real issue might be that any Judge who swears the President into office should first require proof of citizenship.

Either way, argue your heads off. Your opinions matter not a wit. Obama is in office and this issue will make no difference because, as he has so clearly proven, the rule of law does not matter when it pertains to Obama...
