Won't cosmetic surgery be covered under universal health care. I was so looking forward to breast augmentation, tummy tuck and a face lift. After all, it's my right to look as good as all the Hollywood stars.<br> <br> @LV - yes, people will go elsewhere for services. Mexico is cheap, clinics are clean and doctors have trained in the US. You can vacation in Cancun after getting lipo. LOL
