DC spends more per student (13k) than any other school system...need I say more?<br> I am not whining...you are. I just know that if the blacks want to progress they have to do it with whatever resources they have...and a huge step in the right direction would be to stop always the playing the race or victim card. if you want to go into those communities to help then knock yourself out...just don't do it with my tax dollars.
