But just a couple other things:<br> (1) Uh, the second trial was a criminal trial of his peers, not a civil suit. The decision had to be unanimous, and jurors deliberated for 33 hours before finding him not guilty on all ten charges.<br> (2) His kids have to be aware of the negative press swirling around. Imagine losing the only parent you've ever known, and millions of people are calling him a pedophile and a freak and a bad father. If you think you'd handle it just fine, good for you. Most 7-12 year olds won't.<br> (3) Both accusers families, especially the one brought to criminal trial, proved themselves to be extremely unreliable and inconsistent in their descriptions of events.<br> (4) There is no better way to permanently destroy a man's life than to accuse him of being a pedophile. None. Just look how his life/career imploded from 1993 onward.
