Everyone has an opinion on Michael Jackson--apparently many people are unable to appreciate talent or accept the fact that Michael Jackson had a bunch of loyal fans. Some people on this blog are upset because they think that we Americans don't pay enough attention to those serving in Iraq. How would you know? Do you go around asking everyone on a daily basis if they are honoring our soldiers? How can anyone think that Amercians don't appreciate our men and women who are putting their lives in danger (whom, by the way, I assume joined the military voluntarily)? Yes, I was extremely saddened by the passing of MJ, but I wasn't mourning the loss of an entertainer, but because a mother lost her son, brothers and sisters lost one of their own, and some children lost their daddy. If you believe he is guilty, fine, believe it, as Boortz says, you are free to believe what you want, and then shut up. No one else cares what you believe, and it won't make a differnce in anyone's life, so get over it. Turn your energy away from the keyboard and go earn some money so that one day you'll have enough so that someone can pay some real attention to you.
