You know, you can think that he was both a remarkable recording artist and a complete sick puppy. <br> <br> Many of you are missing Neal's point, which is that you are free to think of him as guilty, that "guilty until proven innocent" is a restriction placed on gov't, not individuals.<br> <br> If a judge or jury verdict is always correct (as seems to be implied by some of you when you say he wasn't convicted), why is there an appeals process in place? Any system of justice is imperfect and I for one am glad that it is difficult for the state to put you away.
