First things first. To the other Phil, great point. Everyone is falling all over themselves trying to defend MJ and his history of "charming" little slumber parties with young children but when the Duke case came up, the black community had not already judged them, groups like the extremely racist and thuggish New Black Panther Party said that no less than a conviction would be satisfactory. When it came out that the alleged victim has lied her rear end off, not one of these groups apologized. Not one. <br> <br> As for MJ, Big Africa, while I agree that musically he was a genius. Thriller isn't the all time best selling album for nothing. But before his death, I heard nary a black person...or any person talk about him or laud him for anything ever since the pedophile claims came out. In fact, one buzz topic I would hear is how MJ was a sell out to the black community. His music was straight pop. He not only changed his appearance to make himself look white, he actually lightened his skin to be white. Then he got a doner's sperm and impregnated a white woman so his children would be white. This man isn't close to being the father of those kids. And he went so far as to marry 2 white women, one of which was Elvis' daughter yet all I keep hearing now is how great he was to the black community. Funny considering that it was obvious that he was ashamed of being black. Revisionist history for you I guess. <br> <br> And Stan, go away already. I'm not sure if there is a cure for BDS but please, for the love of Pete, go find one.
