Just wanted to remind those uninformed and ignorant who are STILL trying the "Blame Bush" mantra (that is seriously lacking in facts) - CONGRESS SPENDS THE MONEY. Repeat that - <br> <br> And anyone who DOESN'T realize how much Congress is invovled in what is going on - or WHO was IN Congress during the Bush Admin's last years, should Not Be Voting!
