Obama is awful at answering questions "off the cuff". That's why he has teleprompters. Of course a town hall meeting would never allow teleprompters, soooo, you stage the questions so he can practice the answer.<br> <br> Answering a question is not what's important. Sounding good answering the question is all that counts.
