I'd love to know where in the Constitution it gives the federal government the power to take over a state park. I seem to recall the 9th and 10th amendment preventing that sort of thing. But then again, when has our federal government bothered to pay attention to those 4 little papers stuffed into a pretty, glass case? the Govenator ought to just flip the feds off and say, "Try it".
