Allow me to add a crucial and missing piece of information that will put greatly clarify mr. Zelaya's crimes:<br> <br> Article 4 of the Honduran Constitution states: The form of government is republican, democratic and representative. It is exercised by three branches: the legislative, executive and judicial, each are independent and complementary, with no relationship of subordination between them. <br> <br> Alternation in the presidency of the Republic is required. <br> <br> Violation of this rule constitutes the crime of treason.<br> <br> This article is written in stone, which means it CANNOT be modified by anyone...not even by a new constitutional assembly. <br> <br> Mr. Zelaya was attempting to modify this very same article by holding an illegal referendum. Not a very bright man, is he?<br> <br> He's now wanted in Honduras for treason, corruption, abuse of authority, and other crimes.
