They're all up for re-election in 2010."<br> <br> It has been a while since I took any related classes, but aren't Representatives up for re-election every two years? (not just those who voted for the bill)<br> <br> I suspect Neal was trying to stress that the 44 were Democrats who may be considered vulnerable in the next election. (i.e. Blue Dogs in Red States)
