This is some sort of twisted Boortz joke, right? "Obama wants to sign a UN treaty that says children have basic rights to education, health care and protection from abuse."<br> <br> You gotta be effing kidding me. What the h-e double L is the UN going to do to enforce anything (besides stealing from hard working and "rich" Americans via taxes) on these so-called abuses?
