You guys have it all wrong. See, you assume that inn the picture, you can't see Obama because he's black. However, no matter which president was in the picture, you wouldn't be able to see him. Why? Because the lights are off. Due to the new Federal Budget, the White House couldn't pay the electric bill, and the power was turned off!<br> <br> Don't worry though, Obama will soon fix that - he's going to have the Federal Government take over the power company, because electricity is a basic human right.
