Racists believe in genetic inferiority simply due to race. This poster doesn't imply that. It does however, illustrate absolute stupidity that this was done on government time with government assets. Its one thing to make something for fark.com at home on your own time, but to do something like this on state equipment... yes, a termination is in order.
